Great hospitality
I normally stay at Holiday Inn but they was sold out. This was by far way better. Hotel was so clean. Housekeeping deserves a lot of credit. The front desk and managers were all very professional. Only issue I had was the way the shower is designed. It causes water to go everywhere. I can over look the design flaw. This is now my hotel I will be staying at when I visit. Yall won me over.

We arrived after a long day of driving, by the time we got ready for bed we noticed the window didn’t fully shut or lock, making it quite loud. In fairness, we didn’t reach out to the front desk because we had no interest in packing up and moving. When we went to get into bed there was a massive handprint on the headboard. We had two beds in the room so we slept in the other. But that visual is gross… 🙃 Overall, very meh experience.

Pretty decent room with a comfy bed. It was great having a sofa to relax on. Heaps of parking. Only negative was the noise from other guests outside at a smoking table early hours of the morning.

Upon arrival I was informed the systems were down. I wasn’t able to check in until after 8pm. I technically didn’t check in then. Crystal the manager, gave the VERY RUDE clerk Mary a way to take our names down and issues rooms to us. I couldn’t remove my kids from the sensory overload with many other people in the lobby. To take a swim in the pool due to someone pooped in it. I stood in the lobby with my daughter and autistic son with many other screaming children for hours. Our room was clean and spacious. The shampoo bottle on the sink in the bathroom was half full. The establishment was A LOT cleaner and updated compared to the Comfort Inn next door (they’re in the same parking lot, I went to the wrong one first). We were exhausted from being at the softball fields all day for a tournament to have nowhere to go and rest.

I have stayed at this hotel 3vtimes in the past. This weekend, there were kids from a baseball tournament there. These kids ran up and down the hallways day and night they made so much noise. They kept slamming doors in the hallway. It was not a restful stay because parents were unable to control their children and hotel staff did nothing about it. It was ridiculous! I have children and I would never allow them to make that much noise anywhere especially when other people are paying their money as well.

The breakfast in the am was not prepared for the amount of people staying at the hotel. They never refilled certain foods and they still had an hour or more to go before they closed. Also to many birthday party’s with a bunch of kids swimming. They definitely were at max capacity.
