the carpet in the room was filthy. Several big noticeable spots in carpet… Look like blood or something red was on the floor( look like th cleaning help tried to get it up but it was still there). We were suppose to have a king bed and ended up with a double… went to the front desk in regards to this. nothing could be done.. I’m not a happy consumer at all and will be very reluctant to use you again … nor stay in any embassy suite hotel.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My kids didn’t like that the breakfast options the first day so they wanted to get breakfast elsewhere the next day but otherwise our room was clean and we got what we needed out of our stay. The pool was great as well.

Okay, but due to poor communication I won’t return
Everything was amazing until checkout. I’d asked the night before what was left of my incidental, and I was told I had a certain amount left. The next day, as I checked out, they told me I had a balance to pay… which I didn’t budget for nor was I expecting it. Clearly there was confusion the night before when I asked, because she didn’t say I owed when I asked what was left. The lack of communication and going over budget could have potentially had my children and I in a bad predicament had I not had backup. I don’t like surprises like that.
