Pet Friendly Wheelchair accessible One level - no steps. End unit with private deck and views that are breathtaking. Remodeled and immaculate condo. One block to downtown Cayucos. Queen size bed in bedroom with 42 inch TV. Living room has a large rollaway bed and 55 inch TV. Ocean views from kitchen and living room. 8 foot patio door opens to large deck with Pub table and BBQ overlooking the Cayucos pier and downtown. In the distance is Morro Rock. The waves can be heard through out the unit. A vacation to remember. We only have level entry - no steps.

Wonderful Unit with Spectacular Location
This is a very nice, relatively large unit in a phenomenal location. Is is right on the beach with an amazing view of Morrow Bay. It is super close to downtown Cayucos (walking distance) which has some great restaurants. The owner of this rental was super friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location!

Fabulous condo in perfect location
We loved our stay at Bonnie's condo. As others have said, it's right on the beach, and you can hear the ocean waves from every room (I particularly enjoyed taking baths with the window open to hear the ocean, and sleeping with the window open). This is one of the best-equipped rentals I've stayed at, and there's everything one could possibly need in the kitchen for cooking, and also a thoughtful and well-stocked closet just for dogs, including food and water bowls and special towels. The layout of the condo is great, and the private balcony is something not all condos in this complex have. We hardly left, except to walk on the beach and to walk into town. A very special place: thank you, Bonnie! I can't wait to return.

Location location location!
My husband and I rented this unit for the week between Christmas and New Year’s, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We had planned to use Cayucos as a base to explore the Central Coast, but we loved the view and the beach and the town so much that we stayed close to home the whole time. The walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes and the walk into town another 5 minutes. There’s a great dog park next door and the hosts are very welcoming of fur babies. Sitting on the balcony watching the tide flow in and out was a wonderful experience. We could happily make this a second home and can’t wait to return.

Beachfront Charmer
We loved our stay here! The photos don't fully convey the cozy feeling of the condo, particularly the toasty electric fireplace! We loved hearing the waves right below our balcony at all hours, and the easy walk right onto the beach. We never had a bonfire, but it was fun to see so many parties enjoying them right below us. The condo was roomy enough for 3 adults with the help of the comfortable rollaway bed in the closet. The kitchen was so well equipped that we were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. Something we did not expect was that the balcony faces east, so you get a unique view of sunrises over the Pacific Ocean! (The sunset can just as easily be watched from the beach and pier.) Most of the waterfront properties in downtown Cayucos are either commercial or motels, so it really is special to stay in a full condo right on the beach with easy walking to coffee and shopping. Be sure to walk to Estero Bluffs a short ways north of the condo to check out the shipwreck!

This was our first stay at this condo in Cayucos. It was wonderful. Exactly as described. Roomy, comfortable and well appointed. Right on the beach with easy access. We'll definitely stay there again.

Super Relaxing
We really enjoyed our stay. The waves crashing on the beach could be heard all the time. Well stocked kitchen and linens. One of the better stocked places we have stayed. Easy walk to town for shopping and dining. We drove to Morro Bay for groceries. Our little dog enjoyed the beach and they even have a cupboard dedicated to your furry friend that has towels, sheet and dog bowls If you need them. The only thing I would suggest is to bring a sleep mask if you have difficulty sleeping when there is light coming through the bedroom window from the HOA property lighting. The property has an electric fireplace and a couple portable space heaters that are the main heating source. There is no air-conditioning or fans. We were Ok with it but we were there in October. We will most likely return.
