Good location, not a nice house!
*We arrived at the property and we did not receive the instructions to enter… We called the Host several times *No Tv in any of the rooms *Bed sheets with blood stains *You have to keep the Trash inside the house… And they do not collect it until you leave

Great spot in Carmel with plenty of room for a family
Great location! The bottom story of this home was very spacious with large bedrooms for everyone in our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and was nicely updated. The space was super clean, plenty of parking and very easy access to Highway 1. We didn’t have time to go outside but the patio would’ve been great for a BBQ. Lastly, the owner was prompt to respond when we thanked her for the quick and simple check in.

Very nice property, excellent neighborhood and super location just off PCH for visit to Carmel and Big Sur. I bit of a blip checking in, but very nice and accomodating host.

Great location
Great neighborhood, 0.5 mile walk and you’re on a beautiful quiet beach. The apartment is simple and low key, not updated, but that’s okay. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean. Overall happy and would certainly consider staying here again

Great apartment and perfect location!
We had a great time at this apartment in Carmel Meadows. It's perfectly located - an easy jaunt to downtown Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey - you name it. We took beautiful long walks from the apartment to the beach and Los Lobos. It was breathtakingly beautiful and so great that we could do it without getting in the car! The apartment was roomy, the beds were comfy and the Nest heating system worked well. One important note for future guests: It wasn't clear when I booked that this apartment was actually a renovated downstairs unit inside a larger house. It's listed as a home and so we were surprised to find that it was more of an in-law unit under the primary house. No big deal - while the floors and walls were thin enough that we heard whoever was staying in the main house, they were a relatively quiet bunch and so we weren't disturbed. Overall we had a great stay at this apartment in Carmel Meadows. We were cozy and comfortable and loved calling it home-base!

In the area for a wedding and then told by locals about the wonderful beach and walking trails nearby. Quiet neighborhood, clean property, and comfy beds. Owner very responsive and easy to work with.
