Noise from street, noise from thin walls. Breakfast is just toast and coffee. Beds are hard as a rock. Room126 has no hot water in shower. Room 126 not provided with coffee maker. The list goes on and on.this place is a dump. Do not use it.pay a little more and get a room worth staying in.

Hello Dear Sir, We changed you 2 different rooms. Also, you were upgraded from a queen bed to king bed. Breakfast is as per Brand standards and we have evidence you partook of more than just what you mentioned. Also, you left behind your charge and we took great efforts to locate it and return it to you. You forgot to mention that. We take great pride in running a quality establihment which is evidenced by appreciative guests.

Cheap, clean and convenient. Couldn't have asked for anything else besides an additional parking space. There weren't any on our arrival to the hotel on the second night.

Within the budget

Pros: Centrally located.
Cons: Coffee pot could be cleaner.
Location: Brea is a small town, so unless you have family business, not sure why you would go there unless you are going to visit Cal State Fullerton.
Great value for the money. Newly renovated, comfy bed.

Average hotel

Friendly staff. Bed was very soft (which I love). Wifi was spotty at times, but strong in the lobby. Didn't eat breakfast. Decent for the cheap price.

Basic One Bed Room that we changed to a 2-bed room

We thought we reserved a 2-bed room but that was my error. We switched to a 2-bed room & paid the difference but a very basic room but I was impressed that the beds were so comfortable & better than usual & it had a nice frig. as well as microwave. I do not think the frig got cold enough but OK. It had a table with plugs right above it for computer & printer hookup without having to hunt for the plug behind or next to the dresser. It did not have a lamp there, howeve.The air conditioner blew right over both beds so too cold to have it on while sitting on bed or sleeping even with it set on cool & low. It did not have an adjustment to blow the air up to ceiling I missed having 2 chairs with a table between them like we have at a hotel or Inn. Did not have a spare TP so had to ask for TP twice. No kleenex but had hair dryer. Very sufficient for basic use. Dolores
