This multi-level Big Bear condo has a modern interior design with an open floor plan for the main living area. Whether your family is in the kitchen, dining area, or living room, you are still connected with each other at the Bayshore Condo.
You’ll find multiple seating options with two bar seating options that includes a wetbar and wine cooler as well as a formal dining table, leather style lounger, and sofa. The living room features a fireplace and large screen tv mounted on the wall for added coziness and comfort. The kitchen has a sleek black and white contrast with white cabinets, dark countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
On the lower level, you’ll find one bedroom with a queen bed and private attached full bath, continuing the feel and style of the modern look. The upper level offers a bedroom with two twin beds and bay window. The master bedroom on the upper level has an attached master bath with a door separating the vanity and the restroom with toilet and shower so as to provide additional space and privacy. You can get ready in the morning at the vanity with extra counter space and large mirror, while you family members takes their shower, each with their privacy.
Enjoy the back deck of the home with a grill and seating area. The complex also provides 2 tennis courts, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs for guest use.
The complex has two outdoor swimming pools but these pools are closed from October to May. The south spa is kept closed during the winter for safety reasons, as users are forced to walk past an empty pool in order to access the spa. The north spa is made available through winter and early spring.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
