Elevators and parking lot were very smelly, the floors of the garage were very sticky. Rooms are very noisy, I was staying on the 2nd floor looking at the entrance of the garage, every day at 5:30am they removed containers and work was being conducted.

Unhappy stay
Very dissatisfied. Fire alarm kept going off in the last afternoon to the early evening then back again in the early morning. No communication from staff other than there are no concerns. No ice in room or on the floors when front desk associate assured there was ice available in both places. Night front desk staff unconcerned and interested when speaking to him about questions I asked regarding having food delivery service to the hotel. He acted as if I was bothering him. For the fire alarm issue and then being unable to resolve and getting woken up early I would ask for a partial refund.

It was fine- nothing too fancy. Parking wasn’t cheap and the hotel itself had limited options. The fire alarms kept going off the day we arrived and the next morning. Room was clean and front desk was friendly.
