"Very quiet despite location between Heathrow Airport runways - no outside noise whatsoever. Easy walk to hotel from Terminal 2, bit farther from Terminal 3 but still doable. Room was good size, comfortable furnishings. I guess they expect people staying at an airport hotel won’t bother to unpack ..."

"From check in to check out the staff and the premises were as expected and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Being from another country they were able to clue us in to some local things that helped with our trip."

"Good property. The shuttle from the airport does cost money, so just be aware ahead. The main areas are a little older and could be updated (carpet, etc), but clean. The room was ample, comfy bed and very clean. Would stay here again."
