Vedana lagoon resort & Spa in Hue, vietnam is breathtaking also
It’s not on your list, but we enjoyed the overwater bungalows at the Intercontinental Papeete, Tahiti. It looks just like the Hilton Moorea above, but easier to get to since it is very close to the airport and doesn’t need a boat to take you to another island.
