The entire travel industry is experiencing an unprecedented increase in service requests from customers due to the overwhelming impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, Travelocity is working daily to assess new impacts and provide continuous updates from our hotel, airline, cruise and global travel partners. This includes adding more customer service capacity and self-service options to help you change your plans.
Whether you already have travel booked or were planning a future trip, here’s what you need to know.
Travel Advisors at call centers are focused on customers with travel in the next 72 hours. If your travel is not immediate, please visit Travelocity’s customer service page, which includes new online tools to help you change or cancel travel plans electronically yourself.
Travelers with hotel bookings
- Travelocity is contacting eligible travelers with upcoming hotel stays with new cancellation and refund options. For customers who booked a non-refundable rate prior to March 19, 2020 for stays between March 20, 2020, and April 30, 2020, Travelocity will email you in the coming days to ask if you wish to keep or cancel your existing booking. If you decide to cancel, you will be eligible for a full refund or, in some cases, a voucher allowing you to rebook the original property at later dates. There is no need to call us, however, you must cancel your booking at least 24-hours before check-in in order to be eligible for this offer.
- For travelers who booked a non-refundable rate for stays after April 30, 2020, Travelocity will continue to work with travel partners as necessary to implement flexible policies as the situation continues to evolve. Please wait to contact Travelocity closer to your travel date.
- For travelers whose accommodation plans have already been impaired by COVID-19 and whose travel date already passed, we want to assure you that Travelocity teams are working to attend to your needs and we appreciate your patience.
- For customers who have booked a hotel with free cancellation or booked a refundable rate, please visit Travelocity’s customer service page to change or cancel.{“134233279″:true,”201341983″:0,”335559739″:0,”335559740″:240}” data-wac-het=”1″>
- For those looking to make a new booking, we strongly recommend choosing a rate that allows for free cancellation.
Travelers with flight bookings
- For customers with an upcoming flight booking, Travelocity will email you in the coming days to ask if you wish to keep or cancel your existing booking. Terms and conditions for credits of each specific airline will apply.
- For customers whose flights have already been impaired by COVID-19 and whose travel date has passed, Travelocity wants to assure you that teams are working with travel partners to attend to your needs.
Planning travel
- Refer to WHO, CDC and U.S. Department of State guidelines for travel in addition to federal, state and local ordinances. There’s nothing more important than keeping travelers safe through this anxious and stressful time.
- If you must travel, many airlines are offering flexible change policies for travel booked in March. For a limited time, due to COVID-19, many trusted airline partners such as American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue and United Airlines are waiving change fees on eligible new bookings. Consider filtering for these air carriers when searching on Travelocity for future travel.
- Book refundable hotels for any trips you are planning. Many hotels offer free cancellation, and Travelocity has made it easy to find refundable hotels vs. non-refundable options. Use the “free cancellation” payment type filter to easily find options within your travel window and price point.
- If you’re traveling for an event, double check to see if it’s been postponed or cancelled. For event tickets purchased through ticket marketplaces like CheapTickets, travelers should review policies related to cancelled and postponed events

This article does not address your own role, i.e.: Will your company refund its fees due to this international emergency?
Our travel is now in three hours and we have been trying to contact Travelocity (after following all specified guidelines) for three days. We cannot do the change policy on the airline website since we booked through a travel agency company. It keeps redirecting us back to you and yet we cannot get through to speak with anyone. If we don’t get through before our flight in the next three hours, will we lose the chance for the no change fee?? We understand the high volume of requests but we are out of time on our end as well.
I have submitted cancellation forms for Quatar (UULRFW) and Singapore (UUNOO2). If they won’t refund my money, can I change flight dates to Sept 8 depart and Sept 26 return.

My trip to Buenos Aires Argentina was cancelled due to the coronavirus.
I have called travelocity for help with cancellation and rescheduling, but all i’m getting is a recording ” We are experiencing technical issues’ pleas call again” at another time I was put on hold for over an hour and after waiting, for soooo long the call ended or disconnected.
If I booked our flights through you back in January to leave to Arizona do I understand that I should contact both airlines going and coming home to see about refunds or can travelocity take care of both cancellations for us? We leave Friday March 20 and back on March 22: can you supply me with phone number and website directions to take care of this. Also if airline cancels do we get refund?
A road trip to places that are remote, not near major hospitals, may be the worst thing you can do. You are possibly spreading the virus to a location that is not equipped to handle it.
Travelocity has not been responding to any comment, emails, chats or phones calls. It would be helpful if you could post answers to comment questions to people who currently have travel booked and have travel dates during ban.
Providing I formation to people who are booking new travel is not helpful in this crisis.
Good Morning.
I have been trying to contact Travelocity for three days to cancel hotel and cruise for reservations that start on the 18th of March. Is there anyway you can help me? I have tried Facebook, virtual chat agents and every phone number I could find. I have tried calling the hotel and Carnival and am out of options. I just want to cancel and be refunded. Thank you for your time and have a great day. I know you have not been hearing that a lot lately, but I truly hope you have some people who treat you with respect. You are a person, doing a job, who doesn’t deserve to be disrespected for something that is out of their control. Thank you again for any guidance you can provide.
This is absolutely ridiculous. None of your websites or call centers can handle the volume of requests and there is no end in sight in attempting to get a refund. You are collecting interest on my money.
I spent 8 hours on the phone yesterday to cancel a flight after not receiving a confirmation from my submission of the online “form” as Travelocity states in it’s phone message (I submitted on 3/13 and 16; also PM on FB and complained to “Customer Service ” that wasn’t Travelocity but even though rude, I got a response). After a few hang-ups and over an hour on the phone on hold, I find out from Josh that it didn’t go through but he’ll work on it; if we get disconnected, he’ll call me back; 2 hours later we’re disconnected Didn’t call me back.
Then I spent another few hours redialing and on hold to get a reassuring Elmer. He’ll fix it all, I do not need to talk to anyone else. I will receive a confirmation email; he was careful to check my phone number and email and address, etc.
So, today: we’re into the afternoon and no email. I check my Travelocity account: I’m on a trip!!! Yay!!! (and I thought I was sitting at home)
Hi we have a flight within the next 24 hour we need to cancel. We’ve tried putting the cancellation through online but unsure if it processed.
We’ve called the customer service line several times and continue to get disconnected after 23+ minutes. Is there a way to confirm that our flights have been canceled? Anyway we can talk to a live human?
Thank you!

Yes we are in a crisis but you are failing miserably in communication with your long time customers like myself. Been trying on phone, chat, email to contact someone, anyone to cancel my flight but all your systems have been down 24/7 for days and days.
Needless to say, I won’t be using Travelocity ever again when the world comes back online.

Hi, I have a flight booked for this coming Monday at 1am to go to Denpasar. With the corona virus I am unable to go now. I would like a refund and have tried calling Travelocity for hours upon hours.
I won’t have any dates to be able to reschedule my flights as this was a family function that is now cancelled due to the travel bans into California. My itinerary includes different airlines for departure and return flights. Will the credit voucher if unable to be full refund be with each airline directly?
Submitted on March 21: I planned travel with my 83-year old diabetic mother, booked in January, for flights May 7th. Why can’t I cancel a flight that’s more than 14-days away? I FOR SURE can’t take my Mom on any trips while this COVID-19 virus is killing people… she’s in the highest risk group… nothing is going to change for her by May 7th. I would like to get this resolved, and would be happy to do so online, but the form won’t allow it. By the way, our flights are on American, which is providing 100% credit for flights thru May 31st. We are advantage members, and would have been able to cancel directly with American today, if we hadn’t booked thru Travelocity.
You are all doing a great job, Thank you!
We had planned on attending a graduation ceremony at Humboldt university for our granddaughter . We booked a room under confirmation # 7523007352508. Will I get a refund on plane tickets because of the virus? The event will not take place.
I have not heard anything about my refund for Itinerary # 7502262596514. I cannot reach anyone at your company, as the phones or computer system are overloaded and your online robot can’t help.
Diamond Resorts said they would give me a refund on this but it had to go through you. Here is their message to me.
Hello Wendy Fahle,
Thank you for reaching out to Diamond Resorts, and we apologize for the delay. After reviewing your reservation, it appears you booked a non-refundable reservation through Expedia. We will approve the cancellation with full refund and notate your reservation however, you will need to contact Expedia directly to process the cancellation or if you would like to modify on their end; please mention that we have approved the cancellation without penalty. In the future, should you choose to book directly with us, we recommend you visit diamondresortsandhotels.com or contact us at 1-800-438-2929 and one of our team members would be more than happy to assist you. We look forward to welcoming you back to Diamond Resorts!

Hi there, my booking for my flights and hotel has come and gone. I’ve spent countless hours trying to reach someone on the phone only to have my call dropped. I’ve also sent an email to customer service as well as to Facebook messenger with no luck of getting any help. It says that we’re supposed to be receiving emails and I haven’t gotten one of those either. Please help!!!
I have booked a trip through you Travelocity for a June vacation in Cabo I know the price has dropped can I get a refund on the lower rate?
I contacted the hotel directly as my trip said that the hotel was non transferable or changeable. The hotel told me they would waive that and had put a note in my account file that they would refund the amount for the hotel stay. I then cancelled the trip online, per your direction as to not be a burden to the long wait times.
I want confirmation I am getting a refund for this trip. Fort Lauderdale

I need to speak with a live person
This post talked about hotel and flight issues. What about the cruises. I can’t get through to speak with anyone, virtual chat is not working and no information is given under options due to Coronavirus. Please respond!!!
I have been on hold for 2.5 hours and then when they answered i was put on hold for another hour. Then they proceeded to tell me they needed to contact the carrier to see if they could get a refund. I will never use Travelocity again. I understand it is a crisis but I asked for a refund because it was international travel that I may not complete in 1 year, which is what the voucher requires. I booked with Travelocity not BA so unacceptable that they have to confirm with BA regarding the refund. Appalling handling of customers. I hope they go bust. I will also be talking to my insurance and disputing with my credit card company. So Travelocity I hope you are happy with how you have treated this loyal customer and how much work you will require of the other entities I will now contact. Again, customer service is dead. Money is soooooo important to you. So sad.
Please cancel and refund itin #7520803217057 and #7520800182161

we had a trip booked for two people 3/10-3/18. the day before we were scheduled to fly home form UK on Virgin Atlantic on the 18th – we received notice that the flight was cancelled. i called virgin atlantic and they said they would give us 100 percent refund but as we booked through you – you had to do it. we tried to rebook and was 100 percent unable to get through to anyone while stuck in UK. we purchased flight tickets on our own just in order to get home and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM TRAVELOCITY. i expect a refund for our two flights home that were cancelled on us at the last minute. i had hoped for better service but at this point, i will be satisfied with a refund. itinerary number 7521978380623

I have been attempting cancel my trip to Germany since 11 Mar. I have not been able to contact Travelocity by any means of communications. I purchased travel insurance and want to know what my next steps are to receive a refund. my itinerary #71007356943269. Please contact me.
My husband and I have been in Mexico for 10 weeks and scheduled to fly home on Tuesday March 31st. With the virus we were worried about flights being canceled and being stuck in Mexico. We flew Delta and Aeromexico since we went through Travelocity you would have to change the tickets. I tried for three days to get a hold of you and the message was always try later. I even got up in the middle of the night and tried and got same message. So we went ahead and bought a one way ticket from Delta and took a bus to Guadalajara to catch a plane. We arrived home yesterday one week early. I’m requesting a refund or a voucher for our flight.
Travelocity itinerary number: 7485833397290
Delta confirmation code: GS4GEN
Aeromexico confirmation Code: CJTEIV
Will you cancel these flights?
Thank you for your consideration.
We are supposed to fly on March 30th. We purchased the tickets and hotel lodging through Travelocity on February 14th. As of today there has been no email sent us to cancel our flight and our hotel reservations.
What is process we have to take in order to receive a full refund since my wife has a doctor’s medical report exempting her from flying in this crisis?
My flights have been affected by COVID-19 and I am not able to get through to speak with anyone over the phone. I have waited on hold many times and the phone call always ends before I ever speak with someone. I want to make sure I will be reimbursed or receive a travel voucher…but again I have no way of speaking with someone. I’ve tried using the “chat” feature and all it does is say that all agents are busy and to try again later. I have been trying for over a week now.

I called on March 11th to see if I could get a refund or even a credit for a hotel I booked in Israel since travel to the country was banned. I was told no, then I asked to please check. Then I was hung up on. Now I see you are giving refunds or credits. I would be happy with a credit since I am traveling there next year. I lost $600 because you hung up on me! Someone took my information just incase we lost connection. No one ever called me back. Right now I am not impressed with Travelocity. Here’s my Itinerary # 7502236912060.

Your website is not working. I have a flight leaving May 16th and returning May 24th. I paid for the price match promise and it has been working until yesterday. Now it tells me that I have been issued a refund for the price difference on 3/26/20 when my flight is still 2 months away. I can’t get in touch with anyone because my flight is more than 72 hours out. The links to customer service on you website aren’t working either. Any help would be appreciated.

I am writing about changing a flight impacted by the virus. Itinerary number 7475293876347. I called Delta about changing the flight, even though it is an economy flight. I was told that I could change it, received an email that said they are waiving fees. WHERE IS MY DELTA AIRLINE CREDIT FOR THE FLIGHTS I CANCELLED? TRAVELOCITY ITINERARY 7520801493526
NOTHING IS SHOWN AT THE DELTA SITE AND THE TRAVELOCITY SITE SHOWS NOTHING. PLEASE HELP, I AM A NERVOUS WRECK THINKING THE $2500 WORTH OF ECREDITS ARE LOST IN THE CONFUSION OF THIS SITUATION.
My husband & I booked a family trip to Minnesota for a family of four. We purchased 4 tickets on through you with Delta airlines, we also rented a vehicle with insurance for 7days. The trip dates are 6/6/2020-6/13/2020. We did not purchase insurance for our flight, because we had no intention of missing the flight to visit family. We bought our tickets in early February. We are trying to hold out to see how things play out with COVID-19. However we are worried that we will not be reimbursed. As everything cost us nearly $1,500, and our 5 year old has upper respiratory issues. So even if the airlines are clean, if the virus is still running wild in the states, it would be a poor decision of me to risk my sons life to take a trip. Will I be able to be reimbursed due to a national pandemic?? It’s not like when we bought the flights and declined the option of insurance, that we thought a global pandemic was going to occur.
I have tried in vain for 2 week’s to contact travelocity about my March 8-27 airfare. As a result I was forced to purchase an additional one way ticket so that I, as a healthcare worker who was working at a sister facility in another state, could return to an emergent situation in my home town facility. I have tried EVERY option to contact customer service on an almost daily basis and have yet to be able to speak to a person or manage my booking using other options. I know these are difficult circumstances. But I also have 2 additional trips coming up shortly. Will I lose ALL my money on those trips because i cannot get hold off anyone? VERY FRUSTRATED
We had booked a vacation package through you and had to cancel flight and hotel due to virus. Our itinerary # 7521091440367. We cancelled this prior to the flight date. We are requesting a full refund of the $1,219.82 which was charged to our credit card. We are American senior citizens and the trip was to Nadi, Fiji and we not sure we will be able to go at a later date. We have used Travelocity for many travels and would like to use you again depending how this is handled. We cant afford to lose over $1200 due to circumstances which were beyond our control. Your response and prompt refund of the above monies are greatly appreciated. Gary & Jynda Swanner
Hi Gary,
Were you ever refunded for your Fiji trip? Was the airlines Fiji Airways? I am fighting that battle now. Fiji Airways cancelled our flights due to Covid but I can’t get my $2700 back? And all I get from Travelocity is that we made the request to the airline for a refund. It’s been 2 months now.
Let’s see if it take 8 months like the last refund I finally got back from another international airline.
I canceled my trip on line and it said I was not getting a refund. This is not right because I only canceled because we are not allowed to travel. I paid Travelocity over $3000. I am a 72 year old widow who needs the money refunded. Also Shalimar has canceled all reservations. I
Thank You
I have travel guard
Am I to get a refund
I am very disappointed in your customer service. Because of Covid-19 I had to cancel a trip to Tucson scheduled for April 1. I called several weeks in advance and understood the request to wait until trip was one week away. That made since due to health situation. My trip included a hotel and car rental. When I did finally –thru chat get a cancelation for the hotel but it did not include the car that was on the same itinerary. Not being able to get through to Travelocity,I called Hertz who said they could cancel the reservation but the refund would come from you. So after 3 weeks of trying to do everything you request I still have not had an explanation to my car question.
Air Portugal sent me an email saying my ” flight has been suspended due to governmental restrictions” They asked me to contact TAP services, I did
and they told me to contact travelocity. Please help me cancel my flights
from Rome to JFK. My travelocity number is 7466244495369. My TAP

Hello I know a lot of things are going on and you are all busy.

Please let me know

If I am unable to reach a Travelocity rep during the month of March to cancel a re-booked flight set to occur 4/3/20, am I just going be paying for a flight I can’t take since American Airlines will only reimburse for flights cancelled in March?
I did not get any confirmation that my cancelation went thru on a trip I was supposed to take over the weekend. I need someone to help me with this.
I tried several times to cancel.

I have been trying to cancel a flight scheduled for April 1st for my wife and I from Los Angeles to Chicago for the past 8 days. Unfortunately I can’t reach a real person to talk with to solve the problem. I surely understand this is a terrible time for your industry, but the reason I purchased the insurance was so our trip was protected from financial loss in case any problems arose that would prohibit us from departing on time. Our Policy cancellation # is 940319546
American Airlines confirmation # is JGVZUF. ITINERARY # 7478372072807. Please help. Thank you.
I called customer service yesterday 3/30. I held for 5 hours. I finally spoke to someone about cancelling my 4/2 flight. It is with Delta. I was seeing if I can get a refund instead of a credit. The representative told me to hold and never got back on the line to help me or called me back. My confirmation number is #7511329538429. Can someone help me without having to hold again?

I have tried multiple times in the past 2 weeks to contact someone to cancel my flight and rental car reservation. With no one answering the on hold calls for over 2 hours. I am being reminded on all of your websites and phone recordings that I must be within a 72 hour window to make any COVID 19 changes to my account. I was under the no charge cancellation policy previously but due to the restrictions you now hold (72 hours) I am not. My state is under a mandatory stay at home restriction. Please contact me asap as to when I will be receiving the full refund for my purchase.
Help I canceled a trip due to vivid 19.
I have not been able to get any resolution.
What happens next to the ticket I paid for?
I am asking for a cash refund & not a airline credit refund, do to being a senior citizen & ? % Vietnam Veteran with heart health issues I can’t be sure to use airfare credit in the time allotted, may not travel any time soon!
Thank you

Please, please help. I am a healthcare provider and I don’t have time to stay on hold. I have tried to call multiple times and have been on hold for over 20+ hours. My trip was cancelled due to COVID-29. I have received travel vouchers for the flights. I received most of the hotel refund, minus 668 dollars. It was told to me that it was the hotel policy, but I have contacted them directly and they have said they are offering a full refund. Can I please, please receive this money so I can keep taking care of patients and not worry about this?
itinerary 71001300646962. NONREFUNDABLE HOTEL BOOKING FROM 3/9-3/21 WITH YOUR HOTEL PROTECTION PLAN ($165)CANCELLED BECAUSE I WAS SICK WITH CORONA VIRUS. ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION SUBMITTED TO AIG WHO REVIEWED CLAIM AND SAID BECAUSE NO CANCELLATION CHARGES WERE IMPOSED ON BOOKING BY EXPEDIA THEY ARE CLOSING CLAIM WITHOUT PAYMENT. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AND WHY DID THEY SAY EXPEDIA. How can you sell insurance if it doesn’t apply when you are really ill? Now that you are issuing refunds for travel starting 3/20 can you do anything.I am prepared to take this to the state insurance commissioner and any other agency that may regfulate things.

Please. We can’t travel. Just send an email saying that you are refunding us for our vacation package and I can forget the last 4 hours.
I need to add my daughter whose traveling with me to my booking since she’s a minor it won’t let me book A ticket separately. My flight is on the 8 of April so I’m truly concerned about finding the same flights. Please contact me at ruthrivera317@gmail.com so I can book her ticket. Thank you!
Customer service is nonexistent! Tried to cancel flight – thought I did. Now seems I didn’t? $1660 in first class tickets plus $224 in cancellation insurance – no idea what’s going on at travelocity! Would expect a refund for at least the cost of tickets. Would at least like a RESPONSE!
I can’t even get a response as to if mine has even been cancelled. First the sight it send me to couldn’t find my information after trying back to back all day. Then when you think it may have, you never receive an email and that’s after it says you will receive email. Ughhh
WTF telephone lines were not affected by Coronavirus. I want my money refunded to my credit card now with no games or confusion.
I am experiencing the same response.
Lincoln Samuels on April 2, 2020 . Tried to cancel but was only Abe to get credit on one leg of my flight also can’t get refund on hotel or car rental. Customer service is dead.
I have been trying to reach the billing department for 2 weeks now, as I received email from my airline that they had sent a refund check to Travelocity for my tickets. Where is my refund? Cannot talk with anyone because my flight is not supposed to be until April 13th.
I spent 4.5 hrs trying to talk to a customer service rep yesterday and never had anyone answer. I booked a flight to get out of South Africa before they locked down the country. Travelocity sent an email to confirm the reservation, but ticketing was never issued. I phone the airline and they didn’t have my booking and told me to call Travelocity to work it out. It is impossible to get thru to them and I ended up obtaining a ticket another way. I submitted a request for cancellation less than 24 hrs of my booking and I’m expecting a full refund, but I can’t get ahold of anyone to make sure I’m not charged for nearly $4,000 (purchased with husband’s business credit card) for my 2 children and myself.
I know these are unprecedented times, and that is why I need a refund for my cancelled flight, not credit for future travel. I have waited until 72 hours out from my departure and keep getting hung up on the phone and told no one can help me via chat. I even bought the insurance! I will book directly with airlines and hotels in the future if you add no value in helping me navigate this process.
Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Called initially and they told me the wait would be an hour and a half, and to leave a call back number. They called me back almost FOUR hours later only to put me on hold for another HOUR AND A HALF. I am still on hold as I’m typing this! Not only that, but during my hold, the last keeps hanging up the phone and calling me back saying “Sorry for disconnecting. Please continue to hold” I understand that these people are busy right now, but get it together. Not impressed and will NEVER book with Travelocity again.
Same situation with me
graduation I was going to was canceled
I canceled my flight but have had no response from travelocity
I paid for insurance too.
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER AND ONLINE SERVICE. Tried to cancel our flight online and didn’t even get an email confirmation. Our flight is within 72 hrs so I decided to call. The call center representative, JEN, was very incompetent. I was on hold for 2 hours and she said I needed to speak to a supervisor so I was put on hold again for another hour!!! What’s worst is after holding for that long, they hung up on me and didn’t even bother calling me back! We will NEVER use TRAVELOCITY ever again!
Got my flight cancelled, was informed I will receive credit towards next booking, currently out of work due to covid19, and would really much rather have my cash back… can’t get through with customer service, no online help… how do I get my money back?
Have been trying SINCE THE BEGINNING OF MARCH to get someone to help me….. Called (multiple times), Twitter, Facebook, emailed, web forms… And STILL no response. I am shocked, an so very disappointed. Plz respond.
They are hiding from the public and not helping anyone. There will be a class action law suit filed against them if they don’t refund all the money
I have been on hold for 3-4 hours and waiting for an agent on travelocity chat for 3 hours. When I do get a hold of someone they put me on hold and leave me there for an hour ….I want my flight and daughter flight to Rome to be reimbursed now $2,400…..
I’ve been trying to cancel my trip that was scheduled to be from 3/17-3/23 for a month now. I have vacation Waiver # 7504565819604. I’ve left messages, talked to people and been disconnected, and been on hold for over 4 hours at a time. Please contact me ASAP.
How long do you have to wait to get a customer service rep on the phone to discuss a refund for a cancellation.. seriously I will never use travelocity again..
I know Travelocity is swamped – but they dont post enough info on cancelling a flight. My flight is one way starting in Vancouver Canada going to Orlando. Our cruise was cancelled and refunded – and we cannot get into Canada until June 6th (Canada tourist advisory). So why not just refund our money now rather than waiting. We also purchased flight insurance.
I want to cancel my booked flights for June 4th and sent in a request with travelocity.
that was two weeks ago. They have not sent me any confirmation number or any record of the request. I would not be concerned if there was some cancellation confirmation code. I don’t want this to slip through the cracks and end up losing my money. They should at least send you some record that they received the cancellation request so you have some proof if there is a problem. This is a very bad system they have.
Can someone please call me regarding my itinerary that was cancelled. I cannot get through with my itinerary number. Please help!!!!
Travelocity customer support is the worst, never use Travelocity
Booked a Disney Trip for July1 cancelled my hotel still waiting for my refund credit. Also flights and Disney tickets are cancelled. Would like to know if I get a refund on those or a new date for a another time. Can’t get through get no response. Paid $3600.00 would like some feedback. ?
Several days ago, after having replied to a text from you about cancelling my flight ,I got a text that said I would be refunded within 30 days, today I got another text about canceling the same flight again. Should I? No sign of refund yet.
You’ve got to be kidding! Telephone lines are still operational, people are working from home! I don’t want to wait to within 72 hours to cancel my package. And I want all of my money put back on my credit card with NO GAMES or confusion.
We have tried calling because we were not issued a refund to the original form of payment for our flights on JetBlue. JetBlue will not refund us because they state Travelocity cancelled the flight. We have tired calling Travelocity to no avail. All we get is a message and a busy dial tone. You posted a message on Twitter that all cancelled flights would be refunded to the original form of payment and we are in urgent need for this refund during this public health emergency.
I need to speak to a agent
“We understand that you need to cancel your current plans. For the fastest response, submit your cancellation request to us by using this form.
Please have your confirmation and itinerary codes available. We will contact you if we need additional information.”
Where is the form? I don’t see a form. If you want me to fill out a form, give me a form to fill out. I cannot wait for the class action lawsuit.
Here is the cancellation form. Our customer service team does not see blog comments, but we hope this helps. https://www.travelocity.com/travel-alert-refunds

It is the last time I will use Travelocity. I understand they have a huge demand from customers now, but it is almost impossible to communicate with them as customers. My trip is on 5 days, and they don’t have time to update my refund status, or how to apply airline credit to book another flight.
Im dissatisfied I had booked flights through Travelocity and due to being quarantined we had to pay double to change our flight instead of it being free not happy
Dissatisfied with service had to pay double yo change date due to covid
