"Good amenities "

"Newly reburbished, stylish and modern. Tastefully fitted and decorated room and bathrooms and throughout the hotel. Comfortable bed, quality sleep although wish pillows were more firm. Free bottle of sparkling included with our booking as a Hotels.com VIP member, but it wasnt waiting for us when we arrived in our room so we did have to ask front desk to send it up. In room dining was decent and very quick. We ordered ribs and chips, with a side of baby veggies. Self service Club lounge was handy for a quick snack / drink. I did not get to use the pool, gym, sauna or spa this trip but my husband who has stayed before tells me the facilities are very good. This hotel offers excellent value for money, considering the good city location with quality service and facilities, highly recommended. Will return as we travel regularly to Melbourne for business. "

"hotel is great stayed here a few times. But the lifts are the slowest ever so dont book your uber till your in the lobby. Also this time we only had espresso cups in our room so no great for your cup of tea we did ask staff to put bigger one is while out but this wasn't done. Apart from that no real complaints. We will definitely be back in fact we are in Oct."

"A great place to stay, check in was very easy and the staff were extremely friendly, parking was great and safe to leave car over night. The only thing was there was no milk in the fridge when arrived, not much of a problem as supermarket across the road but would of been much easier if had milk when arrived "
