"We have been going here for many years always have felt comfortable and looked after. the 1st room we had was a bit shabby seemed to be in the young families area. the floor of the bathroom needed a lot of deep cleaning. the lounge was worn out and needed replacing. We were moved to another room because I found the shower in the bath hard to get up to. the staff were fantastic at helping this happen. The bathroom floor again needed a good clean. there was also an outside little deck area thats needed a sweep, there was leaf litter that had not been clean up for a long time. Staff are lovely. We will return as it is so nice to be somewhere you can just relax without driving to do things."
