**The Space**

Enjoy a beautiful view of the Continental Divide and the Moffat Tunnel with

trains arriving in Winter Park. A comfortable, newly updated two bedroom, two

bath condominium in the Riverside Building. This condominium has a faux wood

floor, tasteful furnishings.



**The Bedroom**

There is a king bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.

The Zephyr has underground parking, laundry machines on each floor, and it’s an easy walk to the lifts. I’ll be back!
