The check in was very hectic. Everyone standing in line cars trying to get in and out of the parking was. Crazy. If they had sent a questionair out would be easier. We had 4 cars coming and I had to try and contact them and get all their vehicle info. After many hrs dealing with traffic there must be an easier way thank you once we got settled in it was a nice place

My stay at the powatan resort was awesome! The check in process was smooth. The representative at the check in area was very friendly. The unit was very clean. I had a minor issue with the microwave and it was replaced right away. It was very peaceful and quiet. I will recommend powatan to everyone that I know

The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly. I do not recommend doing the sales pitch for vacation stays; they told us it would be an hour and 45 minutes and we were there for 3 hours. Too long to listen to the pitch for something we did not buy.
