Hermosa cabaña frente al mar en la isla de North Vashon

Experimente la mejor vista en la isla de Vashon, a pocos pasos de la terminal de ferry de North End. Esta cabaña moderna y encantadora está justo al borde del agua. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para un fin de semana romántico, vacaciones familiares o una estancia prolongada para probar la vida de Vashon!

Ubicado justo al lado del Mural de Pablo Neruda y The Wild Mermaid Cafe, la cabaña es tranquila y aislada, pero es muy fácil llegar a ella. Conduce, ande en bicicleta o incluso camine desde el continente hasta su tranquilo refugio en la isla. La cabina fue construida en 1923 y renovada en 2018 conservando muchos elementos y accesorios originales.

Una cocina completa (menos congelador) le permite crear sus propias comidas, o simplemente preparar café por la mañana. Hay un dormitorio con una cama queen, un baño y la sala de estar tiene una encantadora chimenea en la esquina. Debido a los recientes incendios forestales y el humo en la región, hemos instalado un inserto para chimenea eléctrico que mantiene la cabina acogedora en otoño e invierno.

Disfrute de su café en la terraza con la garza azul o las focas mientras observa la salida del sol. Aunque es más cómodo para 2 personas, la cabaña puede acomodar hasta 4 con un sofá cama en la sala de estar. La cabina está equipada con libros, tarjetas y juegos, y WiFi, pero no hay TV. Traiga un teléfono o una computadora portátil si desea transmitir su entretenimiento.

Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar un entorno tranquilo y pacífico para que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de Puget Sound. Los productos utilizados en la cabina no son tóxicos y son ecológicos, incluida la Sra. Productos de limpieza Meyers y jabones Aveda.

Perfect Girls Weekend

Stayed for 2 nights and will HAPPILY stay again. The host was wonderfully communicative, the house was in the most incredible location (literally right on the water - the pictures are accurate!) and was just what we were looking for. Very private, serene and comfortable. Views from every room too - what a bonus! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

On the Water

Loved the location, near the ferries on the water. Clean and great views. Probably best in warmer weather as it was difficult to get it warm enough in the main room, kitchen and bath. Bedroom were very comfortable, warmth wise and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen very adequately equipped and it was clean. Could use better chairs to relax in. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot to stay on Vashon!

Lovely setting, great place to watch the ferries, harbor seals, cormorants, ducks, seagulls, and more. Very clean and nicely decorated. All the basics are provided for your stay. We'll try to come back during the summer to enjoy the deck!

Great weekend

The amenities are as described in the listing. We flew in, Ubered to Fauntleroy Ferry Station. Bus into Vashon is cheap and works well. No need for a rental car. Very relaxing.

Loved our stay in this beautiful beach cottage

We had a wonderful first visit to Vashon island and this gorgeous property was perfect! Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location and view are beyond words. You're so close to the water that you feel like you're on a cruise ship without the rocking waves 😁 Pamela was wonderful and very responsive with information and answers to our questions. We hope to visit again one day.

One of the better places to unwind

First time app user... the property is exactly what others have said about it. Sitting on the sofa at night with only the fireplace on and seeing the lights from across the water...very relaxing! We enjoyed the ferry watching. We drove all over the Rock and enjoyed the little town. Saturday market was going on and there was good fresh food there. Ate at the restaurants. There is plenty to do on the Rock. The house had everything you needed if you were staying in a hotel plus privacy! We felt free just relaxing on the deck. Bring good coffee! They have a grinder, press and a pour over. Very easy instructions to follow. We hope to be back. The property manager was great to work with.

Serenity on the Sound

We absolutely loved this place and Vashon Island! This cute cabin on the waterfront was perfect. I love the simple yet stylish decor, and the outdoor deck was the best feature. Woke up and had coffee on the deck and watched the boats and the ferry come and go. Or sipping on a glass of wine at night and enjoying the coastal lights were both memories we will always treasure!! What a unique and perfect place to get away. Vashon Island is a gem, the restaurants the people and the scenery were all impressive! Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No Fuss....no muss

Loved it-exactly what my girlfriend wanted. Great entertainment watching the ferrys roll in. We literally “sat on the dock by the bay watching the tide roll away...”. Seals harbor otters and binoculars what more could u ask for. Bed was super comfy and shower was hot. Thanks for the memories!

The house was perfect for a 3 day getaway. We loved leaving the french doors wide open to let the sea breeze come in. The kitchen is well equipped. Amazing stay for our anniversary.

A wonderful base for exploring Vashon

This was a wonderful base from which our family enjoyed three nights on Vashon. The full kitchen and washer/dryer are a wonderful convenience, and the views are outstanding. The kitchen is very well-stocked, and we had everything we needed. I was nervous about noise with the proximity to the ferry, but it was very quiet, and it felt secluded. Having the cafe next door was wonderful in the morning. One note: we had two adults and two children, and this is really only comfortable for three. Our kids took turns sleeping on the floor because the pull out sofa is a full-size futon—not really big enough for our 8 and 12 year olds to share comfortably. The gorgeous study was a wonderful surprise—a perfect writing nook. We just made up a bed with some of the bedding for one of the kids in there. Lovely location! Highly recommended.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful location. Right on the wager & next to the ferry. So convenience. Property was clean and had all we needed. Although no freeZer, it was so convenient to grab things for each meal it want missed. They even helped when I accidentally booked one night short.

Such a wonderful spot, sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the ferries come and go. Seals, heron and kingfishers to enjoy. This is my second stay and I will surely come back. Would love to be here during a winter storm.

Idyllic Cabin On Vashon Island.

We came to Vashon Island to decompress after a hectic summer. The cabin was perfect for us. It is steps from the ferry and the Puget Sound. The kitchen is set up well, the mattress is wonderful, we enjoyed the games and the fireplace. Many thanks to our wonderful host.

Great location! Very quite, no traffic noise, clean clean clean and a view that can’t be beat! The only very small down point is not having a freezer for my ice cream habits nor a king bed other than that GREAT!

Beautiful, serene island cabin

Our family of four was delighted with our stay. Highlights included: hanging out on the deck, watching the tides and the colors of the water change, and seeing various creatures in the air and water. The aesthetics of the cabin are very pleasing and peaceful. The kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home, which our family enjoys. The fold-out couch is on the smaller side, so if 4 people are staying it could be a bit tight, but it worked well for us. Check-in was easy and our host responded quickly to any questions we had. The island itself is beautiful and relaxing. If you enjoy nature and a peaceful place to relax, this cabin will suit you well!
