Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model.

Nice clean unit

Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed so that none of the smoke and only some of the noise bothered us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Upland.

Functional but overstated listing

Upside: Nicely renovated, (shared) garage. No issues with reservation, check-in/out. Responsive hosts. The price worked. Good location for us. Linens and towels. Every room has a ductless mini split AC unit. Ok neighborhood Remember, it's not a hotel so stock paper goods yourself. Room for improvement: Oversold description. There is no charcoal/gas grill. No twin beds-just two uncomfortable twin mattresses in the hall. Very dirty the floors (black feet in no time). Horribly under equipped kitchen if you are cooking for 6. There were 3 small skillets, one medium pot, and thin cookie sheet as the primary cooking tools. Just enough randomly sized plates and bowls for a meal. We had to buy a sharp knife, a pairing knife, hot mit, measuring spoons, and measuring cups to cover the basics.

Comfy and clean

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. It was very modern. We enjoyed the big screen tv and the cool showers. The kitchen was upgraded and well equipped. Check in was easy and ose to restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice house close to everything
