The Space:

The living area beckons with contemporary furnishings and a 55-inch TV equipped with a gaming system, ensuring entertainment for all ages. Stay connected with Xfinity cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. The gorgeous screened sun porch offers another wonderful spot to dine and relax.



With five spacious bedrooms, including two with king-size beds, Casa Azur accommodates your group with ease. Bedroom configuration is as follows:



FIRST FLOOR

Primary Ensuite: 1 king bed + ensuite bathroom w/ walk-in shower

Bedroom 2: 1 king bed

Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed



SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed + 1 double bed

Bedroom 5: 2 twin beds



The three remodeled bathrooms, adorned with high-end finishes, provide a touch of elegance while keeping the morning and evening routines on track. A convenient laundry room is ideal for cleaning up after a day at the beach.



Outside, you'll find your own private paradise. Cool off in the azure pool, soak in the sun on the spacious deck, relax in the hot tub, or take a refreshing outdoor shower. The beautifully landscaped yard offers ample space for outdoor games and leisurely strolls. Guests can also enjoy the provided bike—perfect for exploring the neighborhood or cruising the nearby biking/walking paths.



Casa Azur is just minutes from both downtown New Buffalo and downtown Union Pier, with easy access to the area's new biking/walking pathway, world-class dining, unique boutiques, and the shows/entertainment at Four Winds Casino.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.



All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.



The minimum age to rent this home is 25.



The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.



We welcome up to one dog at this home at no additional charge. Please include your dog in the reservation details or let our team know after booking.  



Per HOA rules, golf carts and off-road vehicles are not allowed on Gowdy Shores roads, beaches, or lots. Any fines incurred due to violations will be the responsibility of the guest.



A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.



Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
