Room was nothing like the picture. Top bedding looked dirty. Room seems like it was not fully cleaned . It was very dusty. During the nights there was a lot of noise on and off though out the night.

The property was clean and smelled great. The staff was over the top accommodating. I had an elderly aunt with me in a wheelchair. I booked a roll in handicapped shower. When we arrived we were given a bathtub. The staff was very kind, they allowed us to stay in the bathtub room until the shower room was ready. The property itself is designed for short term rentals weeks or months. It is not handicap friendly. You must go through three doors before getting into the hallway to the rooms. If the customer was in a wheelchair alone they would not be able to get in or out due to no automatic or push button handicap doors. It was difficult to do with just myself opening doors and struggling with the wheelchair.

Hotel itself was lovely, though the customer service was poor. Staff did not attend to my needs at check in, though I had prepaid for the reservation prior to check in. Will not be consideration for my next stay in Tucson.

We stayed for 7 days and they will not clean the room as they considered it short term stay. Everytime you want clean linens, you have to take the dirty linens to the front desk even though the cleaning lady is in front of our room. There is no hair dryer in the room. Staff are not friendly. They do not provide pots & pans nor utensils even there is a kitchen. You have to buy it for roughly $50. I am a tourist-what would I do with the pots & pans and utensils when I checked out-that is such a scam!!!

Online there were all kinds of comments about smoke free. No smoking Signs all over the entrance. But the main entrance smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke. The elevator had a strong cigarette odor. I felt it was getting on my clothes.
