I have been staying at Viscount since the late 80s and early 90s, and, even though you can tell it is an old hotel, it is still a great place to stay. Very convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast, big room.

There was nothing unique about it. The rooms were old and in desperate need of updates and cleaning. There were people smoking on our floor and the whole floor smelled like smoke. Our bathroom was very stinky, smelled like mildew. The tub was leaking water. We never had room service in the 3 days we were there. The staff was very friendly and continental breakfast was good. The bathroom really needed ventilation but there was no fan.

Nasty room and the worse place in Tucson to stay.

There was blood on the sheets, rust in the showers, boogers on the shower curtains, stains on the furniture, and overall a terrible experience. Breakfast was nasty and we had to find somewhere else to eat for both mornings that we were there. There was a general feeling of uneasiness about our safety as well! Do not book this place! The price is low because it is not kept up and pictures are extremely deceiving. We have decided we will never stay a Ramada without a first hand referral from here on out.

What a huge disappointment. The smell of the room was not clean. Dirty floors. The room looked like it was time to be remodeled 10 years ago. AC was non existent hense the smell. The control for AC was made 30 years ago lock on coolest setting. They staff had no resolution I checked out after being there for 20 minutes and stated I expect a full refund

Had to switch rooms after check in the one the gave us had stained carpets, a years worth of dust on the curtains, rust in the bathroom on door and in tub along the wall the the carpet trim was ripped off exposing nails and furniture was broken. The second room the gave us which they said is the only other room available the ac did not work and toilet did not flush. IF you have small children only use the pool during daytime there is no lighting in pool area and the concrete is lifted you will stumble and fall. On a positive note the breakfast was great.

I don't mind older place if they make it up in service. The rooms were hot. Standard items like the ironing board and iron, missing. Blow dryer, missing. T.V. didn't work in 2nd room. Won't go back.
