Just 3 miles from downtown Traverse City, this 2164 sq. ft. home has towering hardwoods, large backyard, stone fireplace, open floor plan w/lofted ceilings, hot tub, AC, fire pit, & a pool table. This home is perfectly positioned to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and festivities of Traverse City! Explore wine country, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Long Lake, Twin Lakes Park, & more! This comfortable home is the perfect launching pad for all your adventures up north! 36 min. to ski Crystal!

You will have a unique passcode for your stay. I am available by phone or text.

The house is nestled on a one acre lot, surrounded by trees. It is difficult to see neighboring homes with the large wooded yard. There is a short but steep driveway off of Cedar Run Rd.

We have all new furniture, new furnace, humidifier, and A/C for the most comfortable stay. We have our favorite mattresses and favorite couch in this home! We hope you will enjoy them as well.

Reverse Osmosis Filter provides you with pure drinking water at the kitchen sink... no need to bring/buy bottled water!

The house is professionally clean before each guest.

We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting!

We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.

7 of us arrived in the middle of a record setting snowfall for Traverse City. We weren’t sure we could even make it to the house. Our hosts worked with us to get us into a home with better parking. We had a wonderful time even though we were practically snowed in. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and entertained the entire time there. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Our stay at Traverse City Therapy was great. Our group had seven adults and found it to be a good location for many of our day trips in the area. The house was clean, every room well stocked & all appliances were in working order. The owner was very prompt in answering our questions before and during our stay.
