Room was clean, beds were hard. When you check in they give you cards to fill out for your boxed breakfast. They were not very good. The donut wasn’t edible. After checkout else discovered we were charged almost $40 for 4 breakfasts! No one ever said anything about breakfast not being free like It is at most hotels! The hotel Is showing its age decode is hardy. Certainly doesn’t live up to the 9.6 rating!

Check in was fast and the staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Love staying in this area because it's so much quieter! No more breakfast buffet, but they had a lot of choices and delivered to our room. Love this hotel and property!

The beach view from our balcony was amazing, and when it was windy you could hear the waves at night when you opened the slider. It was a truly beautiful view that was worth the money. Breakfast was OK (box breakfast delivered to room with several options). Staff were very friendly and kind. Clean room.

May sound silly, but the best hot tub in a commercial hotel we've been in. Clean, ofcourse, but the jets were amazing. Reached my upper shoulder and not weak bubbles and jets. Pool was also clean and just right temperature.... not freezing. Beach out back was wonderful. Sand, lake Michigan chairs, etc. Great for evening but best to sip coffee int eh morning to get started on your day touring.

The view from our room was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub but couldn't enjoy the hot tub as much as we liked. The stairs were very dangerous and lots of small children playing in the hot tub

Great room, not great experience.

The room was great. We stayed from Thursday to Wednesday. They NEVER cleaned the room. At check in, they told me that they would clean the room on Sunday. Nothing. We went to the front desk to get clean towels on Sunday evening. They seemed surprised to learn that no one had cleaned the room. The desk person said it would be cleaned on Monday. It wasn't. We got more towels on Tuesday. No one cleaned the room. They made literally no effort to fix the problem. I talked about it again when I checked out. "The manager will call you." No one has called. No attempt to resolve the issue has been made. The room was great. The service was the worst I have ever experienced.
