I was hesitant to book this property because the price was low for the area but the pictures looked nice. Upon walking in to the lobby we knew it was a good choice. The front desk person was helpful and welcoming, room was very clean and we loved looking over the beach.

The front desk staff were always very helpful and kind mannered and we very much appreciated the box breakfast delivered to our door each morning- always right on time. Our balcony view was wonderful and waking up to the sound of waves was delightful. I highly recommend this easy- low maintenance place. This is not the fanciest resort it is even better; family friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it, our family loved it. (I wish the hot tub walls were cleaner but that would be my only "complaint" )

This is basically a beach town. Busy street in front of hotel with sidewalks to walk along the busy street. However, crossing the street was treacherous and there was limited places to cross. Not many restaurants nearby. The room was fine. Spacious with a patio. The beach was great with plenty of chairs for lounging available. Room could have been cleaner and the entire place is a bit dated. The breakfast delivery was wonderful. Good choices and a nice service.

I stayed at this property for a beach trip with my grandchildren. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean. The beach area was well maintained. There were plenty of chairs and towels were available. We received a box breakfast every morning. It was underwhelming but was convenient. The area is very busy but we did not hear street noise in our room. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a beach trip with kids.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Its location right on the beach was convenient with a nice set up of chairs/umbrellas. The daily breakfast box was a good way to start the day. Rooms were clean. Pool was a bit on the small side and sometimes got crowded was the only negative

The property was good as far as for convenience but I do feel it is lacking a lot for cleanliness and service. I understand with stand it is harder to keep clean but the floors and the threshold going to the beach have sands that have been there a while. I never felt clean after a shower. It was musty with poor ventilation and the bathrooms had an “old” odor. I think DAILY maid service would help keep the property cleaner rather than waiting for every third night. The beds were comfortable but the fit sheets would not stay on the mattress. We did enjoy the layout of the beach and the room arrangement was ok. The outside patio from the rooms needs daily sweeping or blowing as well. When we got there I noticed our outside area still had some trash in it and had not been swept or cleaned of debris for what looked like a while. I did report it and the hotel staff was there immediately with a smile on her face! So kind! We enjoyed the 24 hour coffees immensely. The boxed breakfasts were fine but would have liked to have had a little more choice in what was in my box. They were very accommodating for delivering our breakfast early for our 6 AM fishing trip.
