Long Weekend

Charming, super clean, well appointed, a modern updated bathroom, and QUIET refrigerator. Comfortable overall. Some traffic noise, but the sound of the running creek in back made up for it! Nice sitting porch with chairs. Owner Wendy was very hospitable.

Staying near Cades Cove

This was a perfect location as we visited Cades Cove early morning and again in the evening. It only took20 minutes to get to the beginning of the loop. The accommodation was great. We had brought a cooler which we unloaded into Walmart bags to get upstairs. We were able to prepare all Our meals will all the necessary utensils and Pots and pans. Check in was easy, a very comfortable atmosphere.

The accommodations were wonderful. It's a beautiful area located right by the river (which was one of our favorite parts about the accommodations), and conveniently located near the town. The apartment was very clean - pristine bathroom, kitchenette, and living area. The hosts were also easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to communications."

Nice Change from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Being on the top floor would be a problem for some people with mobility problems. The place was clean and very functional. We didn't cook while there, but a little better stocking of kitchen utensils would be helpful. It was nice to be right beside the river and there was a great breakfast place just 1/2 mile down the road. Check-in was different from what we are used to. It required a call to the property manager for the door code and some other info. I left something of value at the apartment and messaged the property manager. But I got no response. So I am just out of $103 for that item. So overall we did enjoy our stay and it was nice to be able to go places without having so much traffic to deal with.

Convenient location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Close to things to do in and around Townsend. Clean and comfortable. The only issue would affect light sleepers. The A/C unit in the bedroom in our unit was noisy. With the A/C unit off, traffic noise gets into the bedroom when traffic builds in the morning.

Convenient and Quaint

Cozy little place nestled by a small river, quiet and relaxing. Cades Cove is just minutes away and if you are going to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge they're just a short drive away

Beautiful Quaint Place

Awesome stay! We loved sitting by the fire pit and meeting new people. We loved sitting by the river and relaxing. The Little River Pub and Grill located on property is amazing .... especially the Panini's. Very clean! We took our bikes and enjoyed biking around Townsend!
