A business getaway

We booked the ros for two nights and a day. Checkin was super easy but the manager om duty didnt give us our cards for the free breakfast or the dinner meals had to read the sign ans enquire about it the following morning. The rooms were clean and had alot of space over seeing the pool. It was not too croweded as well. Kids went to the pool and enjoyed a swim the following day and even expolored the hotel a bit. Overall the stay was great.

Never again.

The room was not ready until 4:30. The property needs a remake. I have staying there off and on for 15+ years and it is old. I had to remove hair, almost the size of a mouse, to unclog the shower drain. Probably not ever staying there in the future. My wife was very upset with the how the overall lack of quality has dropped over the past couple years. I have never written a bad review, but could not overlook this stay.

2 miserable nights and $900 I won't get back

We stay exclusively at the Embassy Suites all over the country and have for years. This one is sorely lacking in efficiency management and customer service. Bartender and front desk clerk Brandon and the breakfast crew were the only ones to shine (come to our rescue) $10 parking not posted on the app or on the front desk. I reported my room closet smelling of mildew immediately after check in and asked if housekeeping could come and with disinfectant spray and I was told it was too late in the evening for that (I went out to CVS and bought a bottle of 7th generation disinfectant and 3 other customers borrowed it for their closet and drawers.I advised that we would have to sleep in the living room and could we have an extra blanket. Gal said sure. I waited until 11PM (my bedtime is 10pm) no one showed. I went down to the front desk and the gal said it had been delivered that my friends had called down. I assured her I was the one who called 2 hours earlier and insisted she recheck, she called George who said he had NOT delivered a blanket to my room but would. IT NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Next morning Brandon went to housekeeping himself and brought us a blanket. Patio door wouldn't open so no fresh air. I tried to talk to Cesar about all this upon check out and rather than listen to me he kept interrupting me with excuses. Also, a family of 10 monopolized the jacuzzi from 6 to 10 both nights. No one else could use the facilities. Front desk asked what would you like us to do?

Our stay was terrible. The room was filthy, not updated and had a horrible smell of a backed up toilet. Not only was the room dirty and not updated the staff was a bit rude and unhelpful. I reported the smell in the room and Layla at the front desk said we are at capacity and cannot move you to another room. We can send someone up and see if we can locate the smell. Not what I wanted to hear. The toilet cover was from another smaller toilet, carpets were stained, etc. Terrible experience

My stay was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not much negative to say besides just being a little picky on being able to check in early. We had to be at a wedding and needed a room to get ready and there were none available. We had to wait a while to get a room and be able to shower and get ready.

When we checked in we were given just one roon with a living room but i told the front desk we booked for two rooms , basically it was a miscommunication, then the room there’s a problem with the shower faucet we asked to be transferred and we did, my sister finally given her own room needs to transfer to another one bec the air conditioner is not working , even the room where she transferred have only portable aircon and noisy one at that, she wasn’t able to sleep well because of the noise. We are so sad with the experience.

The staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast and bar were great additions that really enhanced the experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, though we did encounter a few spiders from time to time. Aside from that minor issue, it was a lovely hotel and an enjoyable visit. The only issue was at check-in they put us in a room that was occupied and the people inside were taking a shower, luckily, I was the only one to get a show and not my kids. We’ll definitely be back for the hotel not the extra show.

I regret to inform you that several issues significantly impacted the comfort and convenience of our stay: • Room 104 was not ready upon check-in due to a delay in providing linens. • Towels were missing in Room 104, and despite multiple requests, they were not promptly delivered. • The bathroom faucet in Room 103 was broken. • The television in Room 104 was not functioning. • The air conditioning unit in one of the rooms was unusually loud and had to be disconnected. • Some entry doors were not accessible for our guest with a disability, which created unnecessary difficulty. • The ice machine was out of order. • The breakfast area was out of plates by 9:00 AM and had no coffee available by 10:00 AM. • Elevator doors not closing properly While we understand that occasional maintenance issues can arise, the combination of these problems—particularly given the presence of a disabled guest in our group—made the stay frustrating and disappointing, especially when compared to a previous enjoyable visit at the same property. I share this feedback in the spirit of constructive improvement and out of appreciation for the Hilton brand’s usual high standards. I trust that these matters will be reviewed so that future guests can enjoy the level of service and accommodation Hilton is known for. Thank you for your time and attention. I would appreciate a response and hope to see improvements implemented in the future.
