The front desk was very nice and she really tried her best. She moved my room due mold and roaches it was late.we got the next room soon as we opened the fridge more roaches I could not stomach it and the smell in room was horrible I had went through a can of Microband already. I left and went to another hotel 20 mins away.

The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom. The shower had no water didn’t work. The ac/heat system needed to be cleaned. The smell was disgusting. On the positive side the staff was amazing! Check in was great! Front desk staff was great!! Breakfast was awful, not one gluten free option except for fruit. I paid for breakfast yet couldn’t eat anything but a banana. There should healthy options for all your guests.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff is amazing! Karen, Alivia and the man that works nights were extremely helpful with everything. Breakfast is great and included! Rooms are clean, Pool, hot tub are nice and there’s a beautiful duck pond in the back. I haven’t been to another hotel where staff were so friendly and sweet. I have been staying here over a week. No issues. Definitely recommend.

The start was the credit card machine didn’t work. The key card didn’t work , handle in room came off and couldn’t get out and nobody answered phone at front desk!!! Took almost 30 minutes to get door open which made me miss my uber! Just a terrible experience all together…list goes on!
