Great location. Very easy access to I-4, Hwy 41 and extremely close to downtown Ybor. Santiago checked us in upon arrival and was extremely courteous, informative and gracious. Top notch customer service!!

Great Place to Stay Before Cruise

We stayed for one night, along with other family members, the night before our cruise. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby, the breakfast area, and our rooms. Everything was neat, tidy, and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and surrounding area was very quiet. Breakfast was good and offered a lot of different choices. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the cruise port was an added bonus!

The staff at this property was very kind. They had to take a lot of flack when both cruise ships were delayed getting into port. They never missed a beat and were very kind, calm and helpful!

The actual location of the hotel leaves something to be desired. Nothing within walking distance and, sadly, a lot of unhoused are out at all times. My reservation was also cancelled. Thankfully on arrival they were able to reinstate my reservation. The front desk staff was fantastic. I also chose that hotel because it had a shuttle to the cruise port. I chose the 12pm shuttle, that left at 11:45 so we missed it and had to get an Uber. The manager agreed to reimburse me for the Uber so not all was lost, but it was an irritation. All in all, we were happy with our actual stay and the room itself. *Very low water pressure in the shower though.

Only complaint is that it was further from historic Ybor area than I assumed. The hotel was listed as Ybor City but actually 8 minutes from the tourist area. Otherwise, nice and clean.
