We were responsible for keeping our apartment clean during our stay which is normal for an apartment. The staff were always courteous and helpful. We did not have breakfast there but we bought the readymade boeuf bourguignon, salade niçoise and gnocchi bourguignon, available in large glass preserving jars from a fridge in reception, and they were all good locally made meals that we consumed in our apartment. The location of this hotel could not be better - quiet, around a medieval courtyard, just steps from the old centre of Dijon."
