The room had hair in the sink and tub. There was a silver fish IN the bed between the sheets. We looked between the headboard and mattress checking for more and the dirt and dust was so gross. Lastly our feet were black each night from the carpet. Im sure it has not been cleaned in years. Yes we told the staff to put clean sheets on the bedand clean the room exceptionally well but that carpet was gross. We thought that the part of town we were at it would be a high class La Quinta but that was silly of us.

Firstly, the person who checked us in wasn't exactly a 10/10 customer service representative; I'd honestly give her a 4/10. The lobby area smelled musty. When we went up to the room, it was reasonably good, but there was dust on the lamps, pictures, and TV. We cleaned them ourselves. Breakfast... well... 5/10. And even though we were there for work and hardly spent any time in the room, I think they need to focus on the smells and customer service.The housekeeping girl was a nice person. The person who checked us out was pleasant. Overall, I'd give it a 3/5.

Conveniently located main room was clean. Staff was nice, the bathroom was not clean at all, one towel had a stain. One towel had a ripped. The drain in the sink didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again only for one night while driving up and down I-95.

The room have the smell likes wet. The person in the front counter is very serious. When I go to take the breakfast, no have nothing and the person on the front counter said I need wait 5 minutes. This is unacceptable, it’s to much time. The next time I think multiple times to reserved again.
