Terrible stay
Property needed some tlc. It was not represented well in bio. Here’s the list. Ceiling fan with light in living room did not work. So lighting was poor in home. Tv remote / tv were not user friendly and no instructions were available. No tv in master bedroom. Pillows on couch were soiled and stained. Table runner on dining room table was stained. Drapes in dining room were extremely wrinkled. Bathroom drawers were dirty. Front bedroom blinds were broken. Looked as if an animal had chewed them. Pieces were missing and the would not go down all the way so people could see in from the outside. This was reported but nothing was done about it. Comforter on bed in lower bedroom was stained. The kitchen was so poorly stocked it was not feasible to cook there. Wi-Fi password was not correct Just so very disappointed in this stay. I feel very cheated out of my money. Walk to the beach is untrue unless you like to walk a long way.

Overall good stay
We stayed for 3 weeks and overall were pleased and had all we needed. Most of our stay, we had 2-4 people, but we did have 6 for one night. Some things to note: *This house is NOT what I would consider a “walk to the beach”, as advertised. It was about a mile to the closest public parking to crossover to the beach—so we drove. *Also, I would NOT say it slept 6 people—unless you are traveling with a young child (& they can sleep on a small, 2-cushion couch). *This house was primarily set up for 5 people—5 actual beds, 5 towels hung between the 2 bathrooms, 5 chairs outside by the fire pit (which were all dirty & mildewy when we arrived, but after wiping them down, they were fine). *The master bedroom (upstairs) is open, like a loft, but it wasn’t an issue for us. *The water pressure in the master bath was horrible, though. They had a nice-size shower, but you had to stand 6-12 inches from the wall because the water pressure was so low. Even with the ‘issues/concerns’ above, we enjoyed our stay...the neighborhood was quiet and had no major issues. We loved the sunroom which opened to the back yard. We had our dog, and this was a great set up for her/us. The area was nice—beach access was easy (just needed to drive to it). Beaches were clean & not too crowded (even during spring break). Several nice restaurants within a couple of miles from the house.

Nice neighborhood
If you’re staying a few nights it’s a nice place to stay . It is missing a lot of basic necessities to make longer stay comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and about 10-15 minute walk to beach across highway and nice fenced in back yard for our dogs Derrick is a very responsive host. But adequate for short stays.

Great place
The property was very clean and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Location was pretty good. Be careful if you come with dogs as there is a hole in the fence. One of our Westies disappeared one night and we had to jump in our car to find him. Backyard could use a little tidying up as well. Some extra seating in the living room would be helpful. Overall a great place.

Vilano beach getaway
Overall the property was just as we thought it would be. The neighborhood was very friendly, we would see chat with neighbors while walking our dogs. We were given suggestions for local restaurants etc. the beds were comfortable and the unit was nice and clean when we got there. Any questions were answered right away. We had one issue with the property. It was described as a fenced in yard for the dogs. The fencing had openings large enough for me to walk through, so we couldn’t let the dogs roam free. I would suggest renters confirm this has been fixed.

Convenient to our wedding location
We had rented this because it was close to the wedding venue. All the groomsmen (5) were happy with the condo and was very convenient to the wedding venue

Poperty was adequate, not more. Backyard was overgrown, littered with leaves , chairs were dirty. We didn’t use the space at all. Public beach access was .5 mile away from neighborhood. Needs more couch space. Master bed was very comfortable and location overall was great. Not far from downtown, good restaurants nearby. Water heater went out on our last night, mgmt not very responsive. I’d go back, but to a different house.

Nice location
The North Beach/Vilano area is really nice. The condo is dog friendly and our pooch appreciated the fenced back yard space. The place is not fancy, but suited us well. It could use some screens on the windows, cable television for ABC, CBS, ESPN etc, and some attention to make the plumbing work better.
