The banging was so hard, stuff were falling off the surfaces in the rooms. "The place is beautiful. Service can improve a lot in speed and quality. The people working at the hotel are very nice, but they are clearly short on staff and that has an impact in the speed it takes to get served on food and drinks. Contemplating that this a hotel that has no nearby restaurants, and they expect to purchase everything from them, this is an area they need to improve a lot to make it worth it to return. "

"En las todos todo se ve muy bonito. Pero la realidad es que las camas están horribles y son muy duras. Así mismo las almohadas de la peor calidad en el mercado. Las sábanas también.
