We had a two queen room which was clean and comfortable. The hotel was fold out, mostly by media for the Final Four, but was very quiet. We walked about 1/2 mile to the Arena for the games. There are several shops and restaurants nearby

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, grouting in bathtub needs some attention. Outdoor patio had more piles of bird poop than I could count. Very disgusting, and unsanitized. A tremendous amount of homeless people in and around hotel property .
