The staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean, even with it going under renovations. The breakfast area was very clean. Our room was wonderful. I give this property a 10/10 and will be staying here again in the future.

I believe this was more on the fault of Expedia than of the hotel. Expedia made it seem as if the room that had the jacuzzi in it was available, so that is what I booked, but that was not the room we received. When we asked the hotel staff about that, they said that the jacuzzi room is in high demand for a long time, and that they are actually going to discontinue the jacuzzi room because finding parts to fix the jacuzzi isn't worth it. Otherwise the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing, but if I would have known that there wasn't going to be the jacuzzi in the bedroom, I would have booked a cheaper room. The hotel staff said that they couldn't do anything about refunding me or even switching me to a cheaper room (the hotel was completely booked for the holiday weekend) because I had booked through Expedia and not through them, their hands were tied.

The stay was ok but a bad bed makes everything not good. The bed was terrible it was was worn out if both people want to sleep in the center it would have been great. The pull out bed was more comfortable than the primary bed sad

Loved it!

We loved how our room was set up with a separate bedroom! The kitchenette was a nice surprise as well! The beds were not as comfortable as we hoped they would be though, and that’s our only complaint. The breakfast was well stocked with a variety of options!

Cozy atmosphere and great amenities. The whole family loved the stay, especially the pool, comfy beds, and great breakfast. They were renovating, but did such a good job keeping it clean that we barely noticed.

Sad, smelly and dreary

The hotel is undergoing overdue renovations. Our furniture and carpet were badly stained. The blankets for the pull out couch had holes and when we went to get a replacement, it was similarly holey. The pictures on hotels.com must have been taken years ago.

They are renovating, so call to make sure they are done. Our room was old and tiles coming up in the bathroom. The room it self was a two bedroom with 2 bathrooms and a living room and kitchen. A lot of room for a family of 4. The lobby smelt like gas the whole week we were there.
