The common areas are generous, and the front patio is a perfect spot to soak in the breathtaking ocean views. The kitchen comes well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation.However, potential guests should note a few practical considerations. While the property overlooks the ocean, there's no direct beach access from the house. During our stay, we experienced issues with hot water in two of the showers that weren't resolved. The parking situation requires careful attention - we strongly recommend renting a compact car, as the narrow access road and parking area can be challenging for larger vehicles like SUVs (potential for scratches and dings).The location on Billy Folly Road has its charm but comes with the reality of numerous speed bumps and road maintenance issues typical of the area. These are minor inconveniences in the grand scheme but worth noting for planning purposes.Despite these considerations, the property's beautiful design, stunning views, and overall comfort make it a solid choice for travelers who prioritize space and ocean vistas, and don't mind a short drive to beach access.

Don't underestimate

Don't underestimate the beauty of this condo. The photos do not do it justice. There is plenty of room for three couples or more. The kitchen is spectacular. The balcony is large and enclosed with a beautiful sea view. We were more than happy with our selection.
