Beautiful, historic inn loaded with charm. Very attentive and helpful staff, especially innkeeper Kaitlin. We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Mercer room and it was amazing, with both a private and semi-private outdoor balcony/patio area. We really appreciated the charming touches, like flowers, music, and fresh-baked cookies! Highly recommended.
We had a WONDERFUL stay at Kehoe house. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and the room was gorgeous. Breakfast every morning was something unique and same for the happy hour. We loved it.
This is our 4th time staying here and sadly, the stays have been progressively getting worse. This time, the staff wasn’t overly welcoming (with the exception of Jessica and Josh who were excellent). The dinner hors d’oeuvres were not great (chicken salad one night and stuffed mushroom the next) along with the desserts were pretty bland (store bought coffee cake appears and banana pudding). This place used to be so vibrant and the food was amazing, for the price paid, I would have expected more as I have the last few times. I wish this place could recapture the magic of the first 2 times we stayed, but they appear to have settled into charging the same for a lesser experience.
It does appear they’ve made some updates to the bathrooms which is welcome and the parlor looks a little fresher, I just think for $390 a night, they could do better.
I don’t think we’ll be retuning.
This was a great place to stay!! Very convenient to everything downtown and old historic district. The inn had so much charm. The staff was absolutely fantastic going so far as to call us in advance to see if we had any dietary restrictions for the appetizers they serve at happy hour. Breakfast was very simple but good and sufficient, they were reluctant to give anything extra. My only very very small complaint would be the walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors a bit but its a very old historic inn so to be expected. But overall this was a fantastic stay and we'll be hard pressed to stay anywhere in Savannah now.
Beautiful historic building. Walkable to everything. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was made to order and tasty. Appreciated the daily happy hour and evening drinks and snacks.
This bed and breakfast is a beautiful old building in the historic district. They serve delicious home cooked breakfast and you can have it delivered to your room or eat in the dining room. In the evening they serve snacks and wine and dessert. We had booked a ghost tour and were picked up by a shuttle. There is a nice restaurant within a short walking distance. One of the best things about it is the service. The staff was friendly and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely go back.
Fantastic Historic Inn of Savannah - very ornate, wonderful and quaint rooms, amazing breakfast and invited historian, tasty homemade cookies - within 15 min walk to the best dining destinations and the riverside. Would absolutely stay at again!
It's was nice enough- I was upgraded to a better room on arrival. Beautiful building and good location, but no amenities in the room like a mini fridge, or even a hair dryer. Tiny tv. The breakfast quite frankly was not very good so I skipped it after the first day. Friendly staff though who do make you feel welcomed. A bit overpriced.

We wanted the Savannah experience and chose this property. It was such a treat to have breakfast delivered anywhere on the property! Staff is so kind and helpful too!
Beautifully maintained and restored property easy to find. Great location with easy walk to River, shopping, and food. Our room Treutlen was spacious with adjoining bath and comfortable bed yet with period decor. The AC worked great. Chet Ty’s desserts and breakfasts were delicious. All staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Only downside was a faulty fire alarm going off after we had just fallen asleep. Firemen were here very quickly after alarm started, which is good to know. They disarmed it quickly and efficiently . We fortunately fell back asleep easily exhausted from all our days walking. Lovely place you will love it too.
Made parking in Savannah super easy, which is a feat in itself sometimes! Location was fantastic…restaurants and historic areas easily walkable. The building is absolutely gorgeous and they encourage checking out the rooms not in use, because every room is different! Breakfast was delicious, but my favorite part was the turn down cookies on the door every night!
