Luis at the grint desk is amazing. For the most staff is the best ever. Front desk team followed up with my initial concern about bath cleaning at arrival and followed with great daily housekeeping. Parking guests card scanning system could use an update.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room’s cleanliness was very poor—there was visible dust on the furniture, dirt built up in the corners and cracks, and the floors did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The walls had peeling paint, both inside and outside, which made the property feel neglected. The bedding and surfaces did not feel fresh, and overall the room gave the impression that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. In addition, the check-in experience was disappointing. The young man at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and did not provide any information about the amenities. Because of all this, we decided to leave and stay at the Embassy in San Juan, but this property would not cancel our Dorado reservation, adding to the frustration.
