The rooms were a bit outdated, but overall in decent condition. The bathrooms could really use a vent in them. Don’t bring your kids here if you expect them to be able to go in the hot tub. They do not allow children in there, even with adult supervision.

The property was OK the pool was clean! The beach was very small and there were no chairs on the beach. There were too many speed bumps on way to the hotel. Took forever to get through the gate to get on the property because of traffic and the security gate. The rooms are dated and they smelled like mildew.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, on our first day by the pool, anxious to relax, we had the pool guy power washing the pool in the morning, when everyone was out trying to enjoy themselves. It was quite noisy and the pool guy speaking with another employee right in front of us was not relaxing at all. We couldn't move because there were not enough chairs available. Also at the pool bar, there was one day where we were ignored for about 20 minutes until finally we had to flag down a female employee. Last thing, that needed improvement was upon check-out, where there were many trying to check out around 11, there was only one Front Desk person, which made everyone uncomfortable waiting.
