Staff was helpful and nice however our room was cleaned only once for 5 nights stay and that was after requesting cleaning twice. Free breakfast they offer is total garbage servings same items every day cold bland cheese omelette/scrambled eggs made from liquid eggs, breakfast potatoes ( that come in frozen in the bag) have no flavor whatsoever even after dosing in salt, pepper and ketchup, coffee is disgusting and it's only breakfast option in the hotel that's only open from 630-930am. Furniture in the room looks like from 80's Outside pool, beach and bar were great

The room was a little dirty, and the air filter for the room was completely filthy and barely in place, clearly neglected. The view from the room was nice. The balcony was barely furnished, two beach chairs, nothing else. The light for the balcony did not work. The TV in the room did not have any working channels, not connected to anything. Breakfast hours started and ended early, and food was the same every day, very basic american breakfast, not a lot of fruit, no variety of options from day to day. The staff were friendly. Dinner service was painfully slow. The complimentary drinks and snacks were disappointing, waiting in a long line for a drink, and they were very strict on the hours at the bar - free drink only from 5:30 to 7:00. We arrived shortly after 7:00 and were denied, it was a cold welcome to the resort. I would also avoid rooms on the top floors if you don't want to spend half your time there waiting for the elevator. The pool area was very nice. Pretty small beach but good for swimming.

In general, the facilities are beginning to look a little worn and could benefit from some renovations before they get too worn. The single elevator at the far side of the lobby was pretty noisy (the two others were silent) and rooms close to the single could be heard running all night. We were disappointed the pool bar/restaurant was only open from 11am-5:30pm, yet people could swim and be in the hot tub until 11pm. On our first night, the free reception featured drinks and light snacks, but the snacks were eliminated the nights thereafter.

Very dated hotel, breakfast is good but other food poor quality like a Gordon fish stick isn’t fish tacos, if you don’t like Iguanas then you should pass, the beach is tiny and very rocky so was a little disappointed. There are fantastic local restaurants within a short walk out the gate by the casino and it’s a safe place to walk. The 3 pools are all connected so that was a little deceiving and there is only seats for 4 in the hot tub which was really dirty. The light in our bathroom was metal and rusted holes and the door lock was rusted out so they installed another locking mechanism. I got a nice tan and relaxed in the pool and ate lots of bacon cheeseburgers and sweet potato fries with pina coladas so it worked but I wouldn’t walk barefoot on that room carpet because it was so gross!

Terrible, was so outdated and the living room was horrible not one window was very dark.

I up graded to a better room but they never changed the linens so three days at the beach we felt like we were sleeping on sand paper.Two out of four days the generator had to be fixed we were on 6th floor no electricity for 6 hours .There was no pool service for cocktails and food .Breakfast was only a 2hr window done by 9:30 so forget about getting a cup of coffee .For the daily rate of room it was not worth half,it really sucked.The staff did the best they could
