We had to wait 45 minutes after checking in for a room (which was after 3pm). Then we went up and tried several times to open our room but the key didn’t work. After a few minutes someone opened the door to the room the front desk had written on our card and said they already had the room. I had to go back downstairs to the desk. They showed the room was empty and so the employee went up to the room personally to find it occupied. So needless to say it was a hectic first hour. Everything else was great.

I loved my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. First, the staff were kind and courteous, and their service was excellent—they attended to requests promptly. However, I was disappointed to see the pillowcases had stains.
