"Very quick easy checkin. Room was clean and had a nice view of the water. We were two doors from the elevator and ice machine which was not ideal. The noise from the elevator was constant until sometime between 1-2 AM then started again around 7 AM. I understand that this was likely just luck of the draw in terms of the room we were assigned but for the price paid per night I would not have expected the elevator noise we experienced. Staff was very friendly in the lobby/bar restaurant. I felt safe in the area and there were a good amount of families with younger children who were staying at this location. Easy walk to the gas lamp district and petco park. Overall a good experience."

"Centrally located, BEST PRICE. Not great, but works. I would stay here again. It’s cheap(er) and centrally located just off I-805. The property is worn, the beds were not great. But after walking around the zoo all day, I had no problem sleeping. Basic room, not luxurious. They would certainly work for a 2-3 day stay. Better size kitchenette, fridge, microwave, sink, empty cupboards, room for kitchen storage. Parking lot was packed! Many people choose this property. You’re in San Diego, you won’t spend much time in your room. Many services available within a short drive, Walmart and McDonalds a mile away. Great Cuban restaurant across the street. Popular property due to value and location. Central to most San Diego attractions. Easy to find! I would recommend for price! San Diego is expensive …."
