We were on the 3rd floor and no elevator. We are senior citizens and no help was offered to carry 2 50 pound suitcases up. You check in on floor zero so have set of stairs just to get to floor 1 and then of course LOTS of stairs to get to floor 3. Not a good hotel for seniors or disabilities.
