The rooms were good and clean. The mirror was a bit foggy looking. The hallway coming to my room was dirty looking or maybe those were just stains everywhere. The lobby was nice and clean. The girl at check in was very nice. The morning crew was also very nice. They all said hello. What I loved the most about the staff was the fact they were never on their phones and they engaged with everyone. Not the breakfast girl. She wasn't very nice. Everyone else was great.

I usually stay at La Quintana when I travel but this hotel was filthy. The first room looked like it had not been vacuumed for quite awhile. I requested another room and that room was the same. Very dirty. There was food under the couch and again floors not swept and carpets filthy. I did not feel safe or comfortable at this location. Very disappointing. I stay at another La Quinta the following day...it was clean, safe and very comfortable.

The entire hotel is filthy and smells bad. Particularly the carpet in the lobbies and hallways. That should have been replaced several years ago. It could be cleaned by any of the several professional carpet cleaner businesses in Roswell but apparently has not been. The return air vents in the hallways were blocked with spider webs and accumulations of dust. Most staff seem to smoke or vape, and they do it directly adjacent to the front door, within sight of the posted "100% Smoke Free" signs. Our room wreaked when we checked in. Had to leave the second-floor window open and run the bathroom exhaust fan for several hours to clear the smell. We purchased an aerosol can of Lysol spray to kill the odors in the room. It is inconceivable that anyone would allow a hotel to get as filthy as this place is. I will never use Expedia again because the hotels just use it to extend the time between renovations of their rooms. Our bathroom had been painted but obviously hurriedly by an unskilled laborer. There was paint all over the tile baseboard. The tub filler and tub drain vent cover were badly corroded as well. That would cost about $10 to fix.

Horrible run down and dirty

I really didn’t want to write this but the thought other person staying in the room is horrible. We were told we could have an accessible room. They do not have any. My son is in a wheelchair. No way could he get into the bathroom and barely the room. I am very familiar with la Quinta hotels. A very good friend of mine managed one in Texas. This property is no way up to par for anyone. I am familiar with your company. My husband was also in the hotel business for Hilton. We had 2 rooms. The first one had not been vacuumed for I’m not sure how long. A dog had been in the room before us. We told the nigh person. She said she would be sure it’s done in the morning. I had her give me a vacuum and we filled the vacuum. In my room there was so much mold intje bathroom and rust all over the bathroom door the sink was so rusted it was peeling off. Real safe for tetanus. I guess your company never do checks on your properties. I know you have a lot but I thought that was what a district manager was for. The seating in the lobby was stained and dead flys everywhere. The restaurant was okay I think but I wasn’t very comfortable eating. I should have checked out immediately but one of my friends was ill. I have a ton of pictures for you. If you give me an email I’ll forward them to you. I hope your other properties are in better shape. The thought of staying at la Quinta or any of your properties is awful.
