Unfinished Business
Notwithstanding the great views and location of this property, it seems like the owner ran out of money to finish furnishing the property. No lamps in any bedrooms. One big track light in the main room (which is a very nice room,) leaving the kitchen dark in the am and pm. Cobwebs everywhere; cleanliness was not so good. Master bed is terrible and should be replaced with decent mattress. Chairs on the beautiful balcony overlooking Copano Bay were totally inadquate, leaving us to stand up, or look at the rail of he balcony; A/C froze out the masterbedroom, but not the other rooms or the great room. Windows were very dirty and obstructed the view of the bay. House has great potential, but the owner needs to spend some money on the interior and pay attention to the details of the house.
