We were overcharged due to a pet fee and never provided a receipt. I explained that we had brought a service dog (which is exempt from charge) and they said they would refund us but never did. I also requested for them to email us a receipt A SECOND TIME and they never did. Aside from this, the room was not appealing at all. The sheets were stained and the carpet was dirty. I will 100% recommend that people do not stay here.

The staff was excellent no issue. The room had n the other had was awful. No coffee table , refrigerator made noise all night. Wife and I couldn’t sleep. Along with guest in hallway all night makes loud noise early in the morning. Thank you.

We were given two handicap room, although no one was handicapped in our party. The shower water came out in a trickle and the tub did not drain. The towel racks looked like they were ready to fall down. . I tried to call the front desk to tell them about the shower and the phone did not work.
