I booked and paid for room with expedia .when I got to the room they told me i needed to pay $100 more for deposit . I did not have it so i was not able to stay .i cslled customer service 16times and explained ehat happened and everytime i finished my story yhey hungup kn me .i did not get refunded they never told yhat i need ed a deposit .i am very unhappy about it i ewas forded to sleep on the dtreet in s very bad part of town .

I've never stayed at Howard Johnson before but this was definitely not one of the best rooms I've stayed in. The Tv did not work and when we called the front desk there was no one available to come fix it. The bathroom door did not close. We had 2 rooms and both rooms had the same issue. We found bugs in the shower on two separate occasions. It overall was a disappointing experience.

Horrific

Feces in the shower, homeless man sleeping on my front door, and super loud all night. Parking is very limited for the size of the hotel. Two hotels in one (Travelodge and Howard Johnson). DO NOT RECOMMEND. Good note is that the manager is very nice.
