Staff is nice. It’s one block from the beach so that is great. The room, however, looks like I would imagine an apartment used to cook meth in deep Appalachia would look. Lights hanging out the wall, mold, a futon with spring poking, unwashed floor/everything, general aroma of mold, a bathroom door that will not close let alone lock, ants, etc etc. use your imagination. Think flop house Parking is less than desirable BUT it is the beach so it’s par for the course trying to locate street parking. We will never stay here again.

Good price & location, very outdated.

I think this place may be an old convent. The room is very small. I don't need much - just a place to sleep. Cold outside and the rooms have no heat so a space heater was issued. It did the job. Place is clean but old and very outdated. Attendant allowed late checkout so I could shower after running the local marathon. Location is great - walking distance to main attractions. All this is acceptable to me - however the noise barrier was terrible. Can hear pedestrians outside talking. Other is rooms above, next door, seemed like they were in the same room. Need earbuds here to get some good sleep.

Room was filthy. Refrigerator had stinky water laying in the bottom of it. Trash bags in trash cans were reused. Floor was dirty and carpet had dirt and hair on it. Kitxhen counter had crumbs and spills on it. Microwave was so disgusting with food and grease that there was bo way we were going to use it!...Only thing clean was the bed sheets and the towels. Water poured in under the entrance door for 2 days due to it was raining,which flooded the kitchen floor. Out of 2 space heaters only 1 worked. Half inch gap between the window jam and the window in the living room area which let wind in all night. Entrance door DID NOT LOCK from the outside so anyone could have gone in when we left to go enjoy the town! I have never stayed in a place this unclean. Next time i will pay $9.00 more and stay at one of the other local hotels. It was so bad,I came home and threw all my clothes in the washer,coat and shoes too! Live and learn!!!

Got what I paid for. basically is a bed in a room and a shower. Shower was cold, but bed was warm and comfy. Walls were super thin, we were kept up by couple in the next room over. Dan was pretty cool

I hope you don’t pay summer rates for this place

We booked a room during off-season. Though this hotel is located in an upscale area of Rehoboth, it is a dump. The owner /manager of the place was kind, but I wish I had booked elsewhere. They had turned off the heat so we were forced to use a small space heater - the temperature outside was 38 degrees. There were no bugs, but the sheets and bedspread were of questionable cleanliness

Great location ( 2 blocks from Main Drag, Rehoboth Ave)! Tons of shopping & dining just outside your door! Can't beat price!

The entire place is dilapidated. It smells like molds. It’s a fire hazard with thin wires outside of walls. No elevator. Creaky stairs. No water pressure. Other than that, it’s close to the boardwalk.

Great location, one block from beach, inexpensive, but in serious need of renovation/upkeep.. Tiny rooms with old bed and furniture, loose wires hanging all over, door locks look like they've been forced a few times, lobby is cluttered and dismal.. Cheap, and you get what you pay for.

We could not stay at this place. It was filthy. It was a 10 x 12 room for four women and it was very unsafe for women and the doors propped open with big cigarette butts containers buckets. I lost 100 bucks. This is ridiculous to take money to have somebody stay there. The shower was a 2 x 4 it was horrible so we packed our stuff up and left and the gentleman just grabbed the key and threw the envelope away and said OK.

We stayed for two nights, the hotel is very well located and the price was affordable. Unfortunately, the building is poorly maintained, the room was very small with a small fridge and a microwave, the bed sank in the middle and it was impossible to sleep, there was no coffee maker, it looked dirty, the next morning we went to the reception to make a coffee and the coffee machine was broken, not to mention the appearance of the reception. I am a positive person and I have read negative reviews but they turned out to be exactly the truth. A shame because a well-maintained hotel would be beautiful.

Owner/employee not attending front desk as listed hours unattended, bed bug in room on first morning waking up, did not get parking pass from anyone for 24 hrs after arriving and go two parking citations, had negative experience with employee and bed bugs and owner does not offer refund for a major issue such as bugs, dirty rooms, outside of building was very dirty cobwrbs etc very unclean will NEVER stay there again, i recommend noone does unless you want bugs or mahor issues with the stay and staff
