Do NOT book this unit, our stay was very disappointing. We checked in on Friday afternoon and discovered the following:1. Dishwasher had not been emptied2. Refrigerator had half-consumed items3. Unlike the photos, there are not two twin beds.4. Surfaces were dirty including a nightstand with human hair. Gross.5. No ironing board or iron. Pretty standard items in any hotel or VRBO but we had to go buy one.6. While one of the beds was made, the other was a bare mattress.7. There were two towels for four people, and these towels were small, thin, and old. Maybe they picked them up cheap at a motel-going-out-of-business sale? Just speculating.I call the number on the front door for VACASA, which is the management agency. Now I’m texting with either a bot or a bot-like human. They tell me:1. to “look around” for sheets. 2. That VACASA policy is provide only two towels, and3. They will inform the local “team” about the other issuesAfter searching everywhere, I find a plastic storage box under the bed in the second bedroom. It has sheets but they’re dirty. Are the brown spots dried blood or feces? I decided not to look too closely. No one shows up on Friday or Saturday, so we sleep in our clothes and dry off with washcloths after showering. VACASA continues to promise that the “local team” will arrive soon to remedy the situation. After 130 text messages and many calls, sheets and towels are finally dropped on the front porch on day 3. Completely unacceptable.
