"We had a service dog, and we had to pay a $75 charge to have him with us. However at other Hilton properties we went required to pay. When we challenged this we were told they were independently owned so they could do what they wanted. In other words their is no consistency between any Hilton owned properties and they can all do what they want and the quality can vary, good to know."
