I was in NC with husband. The hotel is under construction. Our room was not very clean. There was debris under the window and on the floor. I find a big brown bug walking in the bathroom @3am. When I took a shower I saw a pile coming out under the faucet. My Husband went to the desk to tell the desk and she offered to move us. Put we requested to be on the first floor because he smoker. I do have picture.

It was a nice stay. They are currently under renovation, so be ready for that. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is having a lot of construction which I wasn’t aware of. Mattresses were very firm. Computer systems didn’t work at check in. Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had at these type of hotels. Would not recommend this hotel

We were called from an employee the morning of our reservation to alert us that the only elevator in the building was down. Our room was reserved for the second floor. Since we had only overnight bags, We still accepted our reservations as were already on our road trip to that location. The outside of the building looked like someone ran into it with a car, and there was plastic on one side of the building, protecting the whole side of the building including the exit door and windows. Our room was on the second floor at the end of the hallway texted to the closed off exit door! if there was an emergency, we did not have an exit door near our room. If I had children with me, I would not have stayed there. because it was later in the evening when we got there I knew that our chances to find another hotel room at that point was probably impossible, seeing how the other surrounding hotels were packed with cars.
