When we first pulled up the hotel was not much to look at but honestly, what a lovely surprise once inside. The restaurant, the terrace overlooking Poole harbour and the rooms were all very spacious (we had 3 rooms)

The food and the bar was really good. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and made our stay really welcoming. They have managed to make the bar resteraunt and the bedroom we stayed very comfortable and bright but still holding on to the character of the building. Will definitely go back

We didn't really enjoy breakfast, egg and bacon ok, sausages and hash browns not. I would rate it closer to 3*. I would stay again, because of the location. "
