To be honest, the staffs are not accommodating. I asked for a receipt they didn't provide it and told me that I can look that up in the application. And then they charged me more, I had to call and settle it with Hotels.com before the Hotel try to do something about it. Very disappointing.

"My family ended up going to McDonalds for breakfast because the breakfast was gone. We were not happy with our stay. The hotel was very run down. We specifically looked for a hotel that had a hot tub, and when we arrived the hot tub was out of order and had obviously been out of order for a while. The breakfast was scheduled from 7-10 and by 9:15 all the food was gone except for frozen bagels. We were put in the wrong room type and had to go back to the front desk to get the correct room."
