You charge for incidentals up front. So when I thought I was paying $200 for a room, I was surprised by my $300 due upon checking in. That’s not right- every other hotel I’ve been to keeps your card on file but none has ever charged up front. Also, an additional $28 ton park was outrageous. We won’t be coming back.

It was cold weather during our stay, the room was freezing, the heating was not able to bring the temp up to 19 degree C. The staff provided a Space heater from maybe 10 years ago, not working on the first night, and it quit working if I turn it to higher mode. Water was not hot in the shower. This was probably the worst experience I had with holiday inn. Will never go back.

Here is a clear, formal, and polished version suitable for a hotel review: The location was acceptable; however, the room we were given was extremely noisy due to its proximity to the freeway. The heating system was not automatic and continued to increase the temperature unless manually turned off. Because of the constant noise and uncomfortable room conditions, I was unable to sleep. Additionally, breakfast staff did not inform us that the buffet was closing, so we don’t have time to grab something to eat. I would not return to this hotel.
