Kind of shocked they didnt make the beds . The just came in and replaced the towels and that is it. We did not leave anything on the beds either to interfer with the process of making the beds... it minor but always a nice touch to come back to a room that is put together

Very large suite with comfortable bed and great breakfast in the morning! Breakfast had many options to choose from, with the meat/protein & potato option changing daily during our 4 day stay. The staff was friendly and kept things tidy. There's plenty of food options and a mall across the road. My only real complaint was the bathroom. While everything else appears to have been remodeled, the bathroom was definitely still old school and very very little. A few small things needed some attention-the hand towel hook was close to falling out of the wall, there were no towel racks in the bathroom except the one with fresh towels on it, IN the back of the shower, we didn't get any soap left in the room and had to ask about it, and the drinking glasses in the room, while a nice touch, aren't preferred by a half germaphobe like me. Who knows what people have done with those glasses, I'm sure they don't replace them every day for new guests. Oh & the shower will knock your nipples off, careful! On an exciting side note, the entire hotel was awakened at 1:30am to the sound of the fire alarm going off, & if you've never had that pleasure, let me tell you it's LOUD & will scare the crap out of you, not something anyone in a hotel ever wants to hear! It did kind of become some weird sort of bonding amongst the guests as some people wondered the halls and lobby trying to figure out what the "false alarm" was all about! As far as I know, we never did find out, just a "false alarm"...

The ladies at the desk were lovely, helpful and friendly. They gave the impression they loved their job and cared about the people staying at the hotel. Breakfast was good but same both days we were there. Hash to me is a risky thing to serve but maybe popular in the area. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Could us some help in the morning when busy cleaning up from breakfast and checking guests out. Would stay again and very close to many activities, food and close drive to downtown Pittsburgh.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The water is heated and they have nice sized pool towels. The area around the pool could have been cleaner. There was some algae on the concrete ledge that surrounds the pool. The staff are incredible. They seem to be understaffed but it didn't affect the attitude of the employees. They worked hard and were friendly and accommodating. The big hot breakfast was also a nice highlight to our stay.
