The overall stay was great! Everyone had there own space. As you enter the cabin there is a bedroom to the right and bathroom to the left both convenient so we didn’t have to deal much with the stairs however the bed was very squeaky any and I mean any little move it squeaked, move my leg it squeaked:( Gaming area is located bottom floor along with the hot tub. Hot tub was nice. Pool table has had its days. The cabin is located on a corner so abit of traffic coming and going as there is cabins down the hill Best part it was very close to the parkway! No bears seen…

First time staying as a family in a cabin vs hotel and it exceeded our expectations!! Kids loved the pool table and game room probably the most! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Family friendly while being super convenient to get to everything in town. Would stay again!

We had four generations of my family staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The teenagers took over the basement, and the toddler had the run of the main floor. I enjoyed coffee on the deck, which is surrounded by thick trees. It feels like you're secluded in the woods even though it's in a neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We especially enjoyed being just minutes from supermarkets and all the restaurants and activities on the strip. My family definitely would choose to stay here again.

High Expectations/Average Reality 6/10

Overall, our stay was decent, but it didn’t quite meet the expectations set by the listing photos. The property appeared immaculate online, but upon arrival, we noticed several issues: dirty walls throughout, a hole in the wall behind the front door, a countertop that wasn’t secured and shifted when leaned on, and extremely hot water in the lower-level bathroom that was difficult to regulate.To the host’s credit, communication was excellent—very friendly and responsive. He did offer to send maintenance, though unfortunately he didn’t receive my follow-up message in time to address the issues during our stay.A few things to be aware of: if you're staying on a Friday, bring earplugs—trash collection happens very early and is quite loud, and the single-pane windows do little to block out the sound. The window blinds in the bedrooms are thin and don’t provide much privacy or darkness, which could be improved with room-darkening curtains or updated blinds. Additionally, the deck off the upper bedroom was quite small, with a view mostly obscured by tree branches.For the 2,400 cost for 3 nights, we expected a higher standard overall. While the communication was great and the stay had its positives, the gap between the listing photos and the actual condition of the home makes this feel like more of an average experience. With some updates and maintenance, this property could definitely offer a much better guest experience.

Great stay

The property was nice and clean. Easy access to everything. I loved the communication with the property manager from the time I booked to the check out time. Any questions or help I needed the response time was magnificent. The property was clean and provided additional supplies if needed. Would definitely book again.

Awesome Location

The property was great in every way. It was nicely equipped and there was plenty of room for our party of 10. The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes drive to the main drag in Pigeon Forge. The host was extremely responsive and timely with all communication.

Great Get-Away

The property is centrally located to everything to do in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of room in the cabin, the downstairs game room crated a lot of family engagement activities.The check-in and checkout process was very user friendly.

Cozy and convenient!

We loved this property! We had 10 people including teens and adults and it fit our needs perfectly! The host was super nice and very accommodating! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and dinners. Location was great. Just off the pigeon forge strip!

1st Christmas Family Retreat

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccupsbut overall it was a very fun and amazing trip. Most of us love the mountains and we did see a tiny bit of snow which was exciting for us.

Family friendly!

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. It had plenty of room for all 8 of us. The hot tub, pool table and games were a hit for us all. We stayed 3 nights and the starter kit (dishwasher det, toilet paper etc.) lasted for about 2 of them. I would recommend bringing items from home if you're planning to stay longer. Great option for larger families wanting to stay together.

It's a wonderful life

We did not use the lower level because of lack of heating supply. The wall heaters dont out out much. We finally found a portable fireplace and plugged that in outside the bathroom for showers. Can't imagine sleeping down there in the cold. Needs a cuttng board, small juice glasses. Only 1 dishwasher pod for 4 days

Cute cozy get away close to everything

The place was really cute and cozy. It had everything you need to cook (if you’re doing that on your getaway). The porch views are nice when the sun is coming up. The location was really convenient to Dollywood and the other major areas to visit! Loved the fire place and the ability to sit there and have my coffee while everyone was sleeping and watch the sun come up! The hot tub was awesome even in the cold weather. We used it every night of our stay and it was clean. The game area downstairs kept the kids busy all day/night when we were at the cabin! Great place for family to get some r and r!

Would not recommend

We just returned from a 3-night stay at this property, and overall we were disappointed. We took our dog which was the reason for choosing this cabin. Our standards are high, and from the other reviews and pictures, we decided to give it a try. All the walls were dirty and scuffed - definitely need painting. The hot tub was outdated and the cover was very dirty, so we did not use it. Sink upstairs wouldn't drain, washer wouldn't run hot water. But the biggest issue -- we also saw one HUGE roach in the kitchen and this is enough for us to never return. $3,000 for 3 nights for this cabin was WAY TOO MUCH and extremely disappointing for our weekend away with my elderly parents. Certainly not worth the money.

Pigeon Forge Cabin

Overall, we had a great time. There were 5 adults, 3 children, & our dog. Plenty of room for everyone and very convenient to Pigeon Forge. We met 1 Neighbor across the street, and she was very nice.

Awesome Mountain Cabin

Excellent place to stay and hike. Far enough off the main path but close enough to shops, groceries and the park. Plenty of space for families and quiet in the evening for enjoying the outdoors on the porch. The game room was an absolute hit with our kids (8 & 9). Absolutely would stay again! Host’s instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. Excellent cabin!
